This is on me: I'm a dummy and accidentally typed "non-fiction" in my description of the book...it is actually a fictionalized account of the Bloomsbury Group (on the book's page, the top shelving is "Historical Fiction"). A question, then. Where do I find which is the MPE? Because when I cite the version I'm reading, half the time it's correct, half it's not, and there's a LOT of variation in some of them, like this one - the hardcover is like 540 pages and the kindle version is 300 something.

You go to the other editions page - the default is sorted by number of ratings. You will want to expand details so that you can see the language if that is not obvious. The MPE will be the topmost English language print edition (not large print). When only digital editions have been published, we will use the Kindle edition. Here is that page for Anno Dracula.
