While preparing to post June Buddy Read threads, I did some cleanup of my tracking spreadsheet. I have posted the June list with participants below.

In particular, I noticed participation has dropped off in a couple of our series reads. Please let me know if there is anything I should drop from this list. (FYI, as long as there are at least two people participating, I will create a thread.) I have also posted in the individual threads for May Buddy Reads to get some clarification. Thanks all!

I listened to the audio book on you tube (finally found the ‘entire’ book instead of a sample). Was a good trial if I should listen to more audio books (would love so as to squeeze in more books) and it was an easy listen thanks to Bill Nighy’s amazing job, yet I had to listen play it 3 times before I had heard everything....just cannot focus...

I will read HoL with you, too, Vicky. I started rereading it earlier this year, and got sidetracked with other books. I would really like to finish it, and a Buddy Read sounds like the perfect way to do it. :-)

I'm new to the whole buddy reads thing, but is it OK to nominate something for July already?

If so I'd like to nominate The Sign of Four by Arthur Conan Doyle. This is the second book in the Sherlock Holmes series and we are reading the first book in the series (A Study in Scarlet) as a group read this month.

In fact, if anyone would like to continue with the series we could read the rest as follows:

August - The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
September - The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes
October - The Return of Sherlock Holmes
November - The Hound of the Baskervilles

I want to read The Song of Achilles with you! I got Circe as a BOTM & I ended up buying The Song of Achilles in paperback because it didn't feel right to read them out of publication order.

Some read it last month. I'll be reading it this month, but I want to read The Song of Achilles first because Circe apparently has some spoilers for that book.
