Good Morning everyone so excited - Skandia are you stalking me? lol Glad we are on the same team again
Hey Lisa. Our team won battleship last time we got together. ...... Let's see if we can do it again!
Hi team! Hi Sallie! Nice to see you here and yeah, I'm totally stalking, cause it's great to do a team challenge together again!
Hi ladies... great to be here. Good to be on the same team again Renee, we kicked butt last time and ready to do it again. And Sallie we were on Mango Tango together and that was so fun. Good to meet my other team members too. So ready to read.
Hey Sallie, how do you want to track all our books? Would you like us to put all our planned reading in one post then update with dates when finished or just post as finished? Would you like us to list which letters the book could count for? I've got several books on the go at the moment. I put off finishing some and just started new ones in the hope that I could use them for this. ...... cheeky I know ;)

Hi Team!! If y'all are going to be posting pictures of The Arrow, I will definitely be stalking this thread!!
Renee wrote: "Hey Sallie, how do you want to track all our books? Would you like us to put all our planned reading in one post then update with dates when finished or just post as finished? Would you like us to ..."Well - Im not sure how to do this just yet...
Ok after some thought~was trying to figure this out & talk to my BFF on the cell~wasnt working too well lol I am going to create a spreadsheet in google docs once I get that done I will post a link...I think the easiest way for me to track is if we each take a spot & create a book list that goes with the letter we have chosen...how do you want to decide the letters? do you want to put the word in random.org & we have the luck of the draw or do we want to do this first come first serve basis...the problem with the latter is that someone maybe stuck with an "icky" letter especially if they are late checking in etc...so yall think about it & which ever the majority rules for will be fine...Renee what do you think? Since you are Co-Captain here I would love some feedback please
Um, I was going to wait and see what the word of the week was and just check my enormous TBR pile and read a book which matched one of the letters.. I read about 2-3 books a week and could knock out 2-3 letters that way.
My favorite color is purple. I may not be a huge help this week because I'm stuck on my phone till Thursday. Not sure the best way to manage it in one thread but I think Google docs might be the answer. With uncover it I had heaps of threads to coordinate things. I think of we list the books we plan to finish this week and all the letters they could work for most of the letters will work themselves out. If we are missing any ask for volunteers. I can usually cover icky letters.
I can't tag the books on my phone but I'm reading:Life After life by Kate Atkinson (L - title, A - author, U -main character Ursula, T - character Teddy, S - character Sylvie, I - character Isobel)
The Gospel of Loki by Joanne M Harris (T - title, L - main character Loki)
The worst thing I've ever done by Ursula Hegi (T - title, U - author, A - main character Annie)
The summer we came to life by Deborah Cloyed (T or S title, S - main character, I - character Isabel)
I'm reading The Illegal Gardener by Sara Alexi - I, S, A"Spiritual" is really not my genre, so I leave the genre points for somebody else to pursue :)
Also if needed I have to finish Palo Alto, has P
Looks like we can go for a double take this week, nice short word :) I have two more books to find tomorrow for team challenges next week, so if I know the letters we need, I'll take this into account when choosing my books.
I'm not sure if any of mine count as spiritual. Can someone look for me? Loki is all about gods and had gospel in the title?

Looks like it is more mythology. I don't see it shelved as spiritual

This week I'm reading -Vulnerable by Amy Lane. So that's A and L from the author's name. And another A for Adrian, the male character.
The Suffragette Scandal by Courtney Milan.
Two S's for the title.
We'll Meet Again by Phillipa Carr.
P Author's name.
A Title.
t Dorabella Tregarland Character.
As you finish your book mark it read & I will add it to the spreadsheet then I will start to total our points.
Here's the link to the spreadsheet that I have created so far...please feel free to offer suggestions as to how to make it easier for everyone to track what they have listed to read...I have a spa appt in a little over an hour so I will be off here for a bit but I will be back on sometime later this afternoon...https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
RRunaway, heather grahamLLife eternal, yvonne woon
Lkatie Lightfoot character in Charms & Chocolate Chips, bailey cates
Rfrozen heat, Richard castle, Rook main character
We are still waiting for 3 team members to check in. Sallie I requested access to the spreadsheet. I'll have a look later. Did you find the links to everyone's wheelathon shelves in the where to find your team spreadsheet? I haven't seen your spreadsheet yet but if you have it set out with the the genre word the you allocate the books where you best think they fit. Keep note of the other letters they may work for incase you need to shuffle them around.
I have sent Dawn a PM to let her know that we are waiting for her to stop by & say hello...will have to send Saksi a PM from the iPad since my PC will not allow me to message her a first time because the encarta thingy is not working so I will move to the iPad to send her message...anyone have any questions?Dont forget to mark books "AS READ, WITH FINISH DATE" & if you would like to PM me to let me know that you've completed a letter that would be awesome...this way Im not likely to miss anyone...
I also picked up The Alchemist today which is marked as Spiritual so I have the genre portion of this covered & at least a couple of "R"s this week too
