Which new releases are you most looking forward to?

The ones I'm most looking forward to that haven't already been mentioned are:
[book:Hamra and..."
but I have faith and optimism and hope and all those positive thoughts...

Also very much waiting for the Water Outlaws and also for Alecto the Ninth! Both have expected publication in 2023.

*peeks at cover* Oh. (view spoiler)
Thanks for sharing the sneak peek! I'll probably hold out on it until the release or right before, to keep it fresh.

Prince and Pawn - I liked the first two in this fantasy romance series. They were a light and fun pick-me-up.
Rose/House - still have been meaning to read Arkady Martine! Maybe a novella will help me get a taste before Teixcalaan
The Mimicking of Known Successes by Malka Ann Older
Untethered Sky - ever since Marahute in the Rescuers Down Under, I can't resist giant birds of prey
Some Desperate Glory by Emily Tesh
Witch King by Martha Wells
Thornhedge by T. Kingfisher
Dark Rise #2 by C.S. Pacat
System Collapse (Murderbot #7) by Martha Wells

And that reminds me! @Ryan, did you ever read Suelen yet?

Other than that, looking forward to:
A Day of Fallen Night (Feb 28)
The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi (Feb 28)
Old Babes in the Wood: Stories (March 07)
Assassin of Reality (March 14)
Some Desperate Glory (April 11)
Untethered Sky (April 11)
A Sleight of Shadows (I was waiting for that sequel forever!) (April 25)
Witch King (May 30)
Alecto the Ninth (Goodreads can't decide, if it comes in 2023 or 2024, though)

Woohoo, lovely. If that's Murderbot on the cover, he/she almost looks human.

Absolution
(I know it’s old news but if I knew about it I’d forgotten, so it was news again 😅)

I'm very slightly sore we didn't see a sequel to personal favorite CoB due to Tor dropping Wells--this was in the late '90s or early '00s, quite some time before tor.com, distinct from Tor, became a book publisher. But if Wells isn't complaining, it would be pretty ungracious for me to. I hope these reissues send loads of money to her coffers. :) CoB will be in trade paper and ebook.

Yes! Every entry in this series has been a gem.

Absolution"
Wait, what? I completely missed it. But then again, I wouldn't know to look for the news about book 4 in a series called Southern Reach Trilogy 😅

I've never read the author's other book that has come up here from time to time, The Bees, but I'm tempted by the idea of a story told from a Dolphin's point of view.

Looks like Have Spirit, Will Duchess is coming June 15.
Tansy Rayner Roberts has also announced an upcoming Kickstarter campaign for a book called "The Time of the Cat," which she describes as featuring "cozy time travel and cranky cats," so I am all in for that.
The kickstarter is not live yet, but is coming next month (I think) and you can sign up for a notification when it starts: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...
(It also looks like her previous kickstarters were eventually widely available).

The Mystery at Dunvegan Castle (Edinburgh Nights #3)
Two Twisted Crowns (The Shepherd King #2)
The Atlas Complex (Atlas #3)

Yes! It's the only book that I currently have on preorder. Perhaps we can set up a BR for it when it comes out.

I would be into that! Station Eternity was a such a well constructed mystery set in a very detailed sci fi world.
