theDuke | 6491 comments There is that Beatles one on the roof of a studio..the last concert they played before they split. Not sure if that qualifies as an odd place..but certainly unusual i would say.

Although having said that, there are those Buck house Jubilee performances by Brian May (2002) & Madness (2012)..but i don't feel as those would qualify, somehow.

Helen The Melon | 3419 comments Re: Theme 272 - Old King Cole

Help! My google-fu is failing me. I can't find any cover versions of Cole Porter songs that I like, not even The Muppets & Sesame Street versions ;-)
Can anyone point me in the direction of some links to things that would be more to my liking? Wiki was fruitless. Thanks.

Edit: Nothing on the tribute albums tickles my fancy & searching on YouTube for Cole Porter cover versions just brings up loads of random sh¡te.

then you'd have to look at each song, scroll down to the modern era and see if there's anyone you recognise and would be comfortable nominating.

Because it includes external sexual organs which some of the more puerile posters around here might have a field day with? No names, no pack drill.

Theme 290 - Sense-ational - song titles containing the words see, hear, smell, taste or touch - Helen
Theme 291 - High dynamism - a song which features a moment which particularly stands out. It could be just be an instrumental 'sting' or phrase, a dramatic pause followed by an explosive continuation, or a sudden change of direction - an audio 'handbrake turn' if you will. An example of a dynamic moment is the drum fill from Phil Collins' In The Air Tonight.
