Helen The Melon | 3419 comments Me again. I have taken the liberty of inserting a wildcard round, can't remember when we last had one. (Theme 325 was the last one, apparently, I think.) Hope this is ok.

Btw, Foe, can't you tell from my profile pic that I'm a watermelon, not a honeydew?

Val H. | 22142 comments Thanks Helen for adding in another Wildcard round. The last one was Theme 340 in May. Theme 360 should come up around the end of October so, just to make it easier for me, I suggest we put one in every 20 weeks, so the one after that would be 380.

It'll take some commitment to read through and remember the whole list in order to do that and if I nominate a Tabu Ley Rochereau track who's going to wade through and check whether he's on it (he is and so is ineligible)?

I'll do the leg work for you nearer the time (list in alphabetical order by first name, also giving number in the list (for interest), and gender in case you want to save yourself some time by looking up a male or female singer - gender as assigned by RS). It didn't take me that long to scan through it and note some glaring omissions (IMHO) but hopefully a list as outlined above will make it easier for everyone.

P.S. Yes, Tabu Ley Rochereau is on it (No.178) and therefore ineligible.

We did this once before, back in the 'Zon days, it was Theme 81 so I think that makes it nearly 12 years ago. It was suggested by Liquidator. Anyway, I think Burt's due for another outing.

Yes, it was completely torturous and I found it super difficult to find even one song to nominate!

Val H. | 22142 comments Apologies Helen! There are some alternative versions out there. The Stranglers did Walk On By. Regurgitator did The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and The Avalanches did Do You Know The Way To San Jose. If you're really struggling, don't worry I'll write you a note to the OP (oh yes, that's me) and I'm sure you'll be excused.

Fishy_Jim | 1287 comments Just to clarify Theme 379. We are nominating singers who aren't in the Rolling Stone top 200, right? By the way, the link comes up with an error message. Here's an alternative link:

Lots of people on there I haven't heard of and quite a few that I have who really shouldn't be there.
