This was one of my favorites as a kid and I've recently been reunited with it.
Part Ellery Adams's Supper Club Mystery series takes place in the public library since the main character is the head librarian. First book is Carbs & CadaversLaurie Cass's Bookmobile Cat mystery series. First book is Lending a Paw

In The Rabbit Back Literature Society they visit a public library and one of the characters is a librarian. Unfortunately it has also been affected by a book virus that changes the plot of the books.

The library is the MC's "safe place", so it gets returned to, quite a bit in the early book. Also, used to dump loot. ;) MC is a book-nerd, and stays a booknerd.
Here's a YA fantasy book that mostly takes place in a library. Life Reader by K.M. Shea is about a girl who can use library magics.
