1) A book in translation does it mean any book translated into a different lanuage, a book other than in the original language or a book that is in translation right now?
2)..."
A book in translation I believe mean a book that has been translated to another language, but honestly I'm not sure myself.
I haven't heard of the second task which is why I didn't include that list at first. Maybe someone else can chime in ?
I think you can :) Do what you think fits :)
If you guys don't see your name it might be a mistake, but usually it's because I haven't had time to update yet. It's been a busy week, sorry about that. I'm updating it today :)

Agnieszka wrote: "I have some questions:
1) A book in translation does it mean any book translated into a different lanuage, a book other than in the original language or a book that is in translation right now?
I read this as a book that has been translated into English or into your native language, or, if you are a polyglot, you can read the original version :)
2) A book by an #ownvoices or #diversebooiks author: What are these and where can I find those? My search engine as well as listopia didn't give me anything that makes sense or at least nothing related to books :-(
I scratched my head on this one, like you I coudn’t find a list of books for this prompt, so after searching the weneeddiversebooks website I found the definition
“How we define diversity:
We recognize all diverse experiences, including (but not limited to) LGBTQIA, Native, people of color, gender diversity, people with disabilities*, and ethnic, cultural, and religious minorities.”
I plan to read something by an author that is a minority or a person of colour.
3) A book set somewhere you've never been but would like to visit: Can we use fictional locations or Heaven as well? The two places on earth I wanted to visit I've already been there and I'm not much of a traveller :-)
I think this one is also open to interpretation, Heaven is a place I’d like to visit too. If you can’t find any other place, go for Heaven, Atlantis, ancient Rome, a colony in space etc.
We are pretty flexible here, there is no book police in this group, so your interpretation is as good as anyone, after all it’s YOUR challenge. Have fun and happy reading!

A juicy memoir: Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption by Laura Hillenbrand (01/18/17)

Thank you Kiwi, that was a much better explanation than I can give :) And yes we're not too strict on rules, they are more to give order. In challenges we accept most of those who are a little on the edge. I'm tweaking my Popsugar challenge myself because I don't want to count audiobooks in my challenge ^^

Two so far:
A book in a genre you usually avoid: In Cold Blood by Truman Capote
A book recommended by someone with great taste: Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel
