Yup - it's totally fine to substitute genres, as long as the genres cover the same kind of broad spectrum. 24 subgenres of science fiction isn't in the spirit of the challenge, but swapping out some genres is.

Haha! The thing is, I love playing Bingo, and if I'm not mistaken there is no diagonal Bingo possible, unless you have the center square, too? ;) Unless you count it with 4 books...

Can anyone write the word diagonal without thinking of Diagon Ally?

Cassandra | 5832 comments I play bingo with my mom all the time! You can have diagonal (or n row or middle horizontal) bingos with only four books, since the free space counts as a square.

Rachel, how many books and/or bingos do you want to try for?
