it's personal discussion

I only came on a little while ago, so I don't know. However, the unread option is acting really weird and all the threads show old posts as new posts.

This is happening to me now too!

Apparently we're not the only ones. Hopefully, it's already work hours in whatever timezone Good reads works at so that the engineers can look into it.

Hallie!! You are awesome!

So since I can't fix this one by just hitting it and making it work right (true story: I actually did fix the clock by doing that xP), I'm going to get off for now and come back later to see if anyone from the staff has addressed the issue.

Oh gosh!! Aww..."
Nopedy nopedy nope.

Nope! If I was, I would know what formula to use to find the area of a circle (πr squared?)

But seriously, nope, I'm not intelligent! I can prove I'm stupid because I lack common sense, but no one can prove I'm smart.

The number of new posts always remains the same. In this thread, the number is 1639 for me because that was the last post by Alia before I came on to check it. Each time anyone posts a new comment here, the first unread post jumps a number. So even though there are more than 1639 posts, the first few are considered as read by the system and the first unread comment starts from the next comment.
Right now, comment number 27 is the first unread post and the ones before it are read and not highlighted as unread. After I post this comment, the 27th comment will be marked read, and the 28th post will be marked as the first unread post.
The number of posts and jumping of unread posts could be different for others, though. Someone checking this thread for the first time today now, might have 1666 unread posts.

Don't press the unread button until further notice, or your group threads will becoming a huge mess causing you more than just a migraine.

We are the ones, the ones you left behind.
Don't tell us how, tell us how to live our lives.
Ten million strong, we're breaking all the rules.
Thank you for nothing, 'cause there's nothing left to lose.

Any good aesthetics related to magical kingdoms will be appreciated!

I tried that once. *shudders*"
xD I sound really horrible, though.

I actually really like that."
Really? I can't think of anything else, so I might just keep that xD

"No one can see every sunrise. The magical land of Elysia beholds every other surreal fantasy you can ever imagine in your wildest dreams: fairies, trolls, elves, magic, and the harmony of human beings with these - with or without the lust for wealth and power. Amidst the noise of the flowing of the river, flapping of the fairies wings, hustle and bustle of the citizens looms darkness brought into existence by none other than the ruler of the kingdom. Survival is easy as long as luck favours you, without getting caught in the secrets of this enchanted kingdom. In this land where everyone and everything runs on magic, not everything is a ride on the clouds. Here lurks darkness, hatred, atrocities, secrets, deception, murder and more.
What are the odds that you will survive?
