Nope, it isn't unfortunately. All other DJs have expressed their condolences and I think he was officially declared dead by his manager or someone.

Well, don't let it hurt you later because it is true. Firstly, his publicist announced it. They wouldn't announce it if it was a hoax. Secondly, like I mentioned before, many DJs and artists expressed their condolences via Twitter and other social platforms, and they can't do that without confirming whether it is true. They receive word and perhaps even the cause of death depending on how close they are with the deceased person. Thirdly, they even updated his Wikipedia page. Fourthly, if it was a hoax, they would have rectified it by now since it was announced at least 13 hours ago.
*slaps head* You're being cynical about the publicist. It was indeed an official statement. Actually, I had no idea about the Niall Horan hoax. It is up to the family whether they want the cause of death too be released or not, so there's no point of judging by that. There were other celebrities whose reasons for death were released later. Uh uh and if it was a hoax, it's just as simple to correct it.
Well, if you don't want to believe it, don't Mykayla. I've tried to explain my reasons why it could be true, and if it turns out to be a hoax like you said, say 'I told you so!' I don't care.
