Once Upon a Crime - Read an historical mystery (set more than 50 years ago)
The Monogram Murders by Sophie Hannah The Monogram Murders by Sophie Hannah. I'm starting with this one. I won this from a goodreads giveaway and need to read and review. I've been an Agatha Christie fan for years and am looking forward to reading Poirot again.

*Update* Started this book Oct. 3rd and finished Oct. 14. Two star rating. Didn't live up to the hype for me.

International Intrigue - Read a mystery that is NOT set in the US or UK
The Vintage Caper by Peter Mayle The Vintage Caper by Peter Mayle. Starts out in Hollywood, but the main character soon travels to different parts of France.

*Update: Started reading this book on Nov. 11.*

*Second Update: Finished on Nov. 14. This book was boring for me. Easy to read but I kept waiting for something to happen. It did, but it felt too easy, like the characters weren't challenged much. 2.5 stars, I rounded up to 3.*

Mind Your Own Business - Read a mystery where the MC is an entrepreneur
A Turn for the Bad (County Cork, #4) by Sheila Connolly A Turn for the Bad by Sheila Connolly. Main character owns a pub in Ireland. Great series.

*Update: Started reading this book on Oct. 25th. Will update again when finished.*

*Second Update:Finished reading this book last night, Nov. 2nd. I gave it a 4 star rating. The County Cork series is one of my favorites. Highly recommend to other cozy mystery fans.*

Booked for Murder - Read a book themed mystery: MC is a librarian, an author or owns a bookstore
The Wolfe Widow (Book Collector Mystery #3) by Victoria Abbott The Wolfe Widow by Victoria Abbott. Main character buys rare books for a wealthy collector. Another great series.

Aliases and Alibis - Read a book by an author who writes under a pseudonym (uses a pen name)
The Cuckoo's Calling (Cormoran Strike, #1) by Robert Galbraith The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith. Pen name for J.K. Rowling.

I'm sure I'll find a few more to add to this list over the next few weeks.
