I finished The Heart of a Killer by Jaci Burton & enjoyed it. I wish the author was continuing this series as I'd love to get Gabe's story. I'm now reading Worth It All (The McKinney Brothers, #3) by Claudia Connor .

I don't think so. She's abandoned it for now. She wrote this one in R/S and then canceled book 2 to return to her main genre - Contemporary Romance.

I adore her Darkest London series, Quynh. Have you read it? Definitely not NA! lol I enjoy an occasional NA book if well-written. But then, I guess that's true of most any genre - I'll read just about anything if I consider it well-written. :)

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments Yesterday, I finished listening Fragile (Jones Cooper, #1) by Lisa Unger and reading Blood Sins (Bishop/Special Crimes Unit, #11) by Kay Hooper . I really enjoyed both. Fragile was a little different from what I was expecting and do wish there was a little bit more suspense to it. Also started Hotshot.

Today I finished reading Hotshot (Buchanan-Renard, #11) by Julie Garwood and absolutely loved it and going to head right in to Fast Track (Buchanan-Renard, #12) by Julie Garwood .

Olivia "So many books--so little time."" | 29 comments Right now I'm reading You Can't Hide by Karen Rose. So far it has been superb--it's about a psychiatrist who finds that someone is causing her patients to commit suicide.

I love this series. It is a little different and I do get frustrated some with inner "have to beat herself up" all the time. It is definitely UF - and I enjoy that genre immensely so it's right up my alley. I can't wait til the latest installment comes out next week.

And speaking of UF, I just finished Ghost Story (The Dresden Files, #13) by Jim Butcher . This series is one I am immensely enjoying. Harry Dresden is a fascinating character and the world Jim Butcher has built is rich and complex and ever growing.

I'm also reading The Ripple Effect (Rhiannon's Law, #3) by J.A. Saare and listening to Passion Unleashed (Demonica #3) by Larissa Ione .

I love UF books. I've heard so many great things about yellowrock series, so started it. The first book just took me so long to get through because it just couldn't hold my attention, but I'll continue because sometimes those first books are like that.
I loved the Dresden, especially after the first few books. He has this way of doing a set up and then turning it into awesome.

Penni | 816 comments The whole premise of the yellowrock world fascinated me so I had no problem getting into it. I love beast and a lot of the other characters. I hope you get to where you enjoy it but different strokes for different folks.

I find so many UF series have a rough start, especially when the first book is often tasked with so much world building. It took me three books to appreciate The Dresden Files.
