I finished Cold Fear by Toni Anderson, Cold Justice #4, and really enjoyed it. Review to come.
I'm now starting A Perfect Evil by Alex Kava, Maggie O'Dell #1.

Both books/series I want to read sometime. I don't know how you get so many books read, Jonetta. You're a reading machine. lol
I finished
- Like this series and this is the last book of it, it is a YA series. They are a fairytale "retelling", but different enough that it isn't. There's elements of the fairytales, but so much more to it.
Currently listening to The Unsung Hero by Suzanne Brockmann and so far I am really enjoying it. Also reading Sense of Evil by Kay Hooper.Just finished reading Three Truths and a Lie by Lisa Gardner to prepare the new book coming out Find Her.
Will be starting Naked in Death and Whispers within the next few days.
Just finished my Kindle Unlimited selection
Murder Fir Christmas by Jim Lavene & Joyce Lavene.https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
This was my 2nd Lavene cozy and once again, it was the only one in a series. They are lovely mysteries and should have been followed up.
I got seriously behind in writing my reviews over the holidays. Apologize for the long list!
The Gamble - review
Cold Fear - review
A Perfect Evil - review
Career of Evil - review
Don't Let Go - review
I'm now reading What Angels Fear by C.S. Harris, Sebastian St. Cyr #1, and am listening to Atonement by B.J. Daniels, Beartooth Montana #4.

meh.
I have managed to finish 3 books today that I have been working on this past week. the unsung hero, sense of evil and Ceremony in Death. tomorrow will start reading Whispers by Lisa Jackson and start my reread of Naked in Death.
Right now I'm reading Ark Storm: A Novel by Linda Davies. So far it has been a page-turner--it's about a plot to cause a humongous storm in California.
I finally finished my interlibrary loan last night! It's now a day late, so I hope I don't owe too much of a fine.
Money: A Suicide Note by Martin Amishttps://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Just finished my book pals book:
The Sound of Glass by Karen White. This book drove me to my Kleenex box. I estimate it as 6-12 kleenex book. I had the audiobook and the different narrators are exceptional.

I'm a little behind in posting my books:I read
A Perfect Evil by Alex Kava. I liked the suspense story but thought the romance portion was lacking. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I also read
Kissing Frosty/ The Boss, the Baby and the Bride by Anne Stuart. The only story I read in this book was "Kissing Frosty". I thought it was amusing. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Today I finished
Don't Let Go by Marliss Melton. This was a nice addition to her Navy SEAL series. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I finished listening to Sweet Dreams by Kristen Ashley, Colorado Mountain #2, and loved it. This was 25 hours of addicted listening...couldn't put it down. 4.5 stars.
I'm now listening to Bay at Midnight by Diane Chamberlain.

Just finished reading
Martin Eden by Jack London. A classic from 1909 which counts against my 1001 Books to Read Before You Die challenge.https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I am listening to Fire and Ice by Julie Garwood. I was unsure about this book. I knew I had to read it but it just didn't intrigue me. but as I started listening I was pulled into the story right away. next I will be starting Fatal Scandal.
Me, too, Sheri! I remember I was going through a contemporary Julie Garwood jag and knew that was on the list. But reading the blurb it didn't look very good. Boy as I wrong! (She should really fire the guy who wrote the blurb on the back.)
Read:
- For the buddy read/reread and of course I love it!!
- YA kind of interesting, but I dunno writing seems to drag quite a bit and gets boring for me.
- Another YA, first in series, Fantasy book. Really liked it, pacing was great and character/world build was interesting.
- Needed Tissues. Set in WWII, historical women's fiction.

Robin wrote: "I'm a little behind in posting my books:I read

Kris - My Novelesque Life wrote: "Robin I will warn you that the Maggie O'Dell series is not big on the romance part...I would read them as suspense. ."Sounds like a good idea. I don't think the romance aspect is her strong point, but I did like the suspense/mystery.
Jonetta wrote: "I finished listening to Sweet Dreams by Kristen Ashley, Colorado Mountain #2, and loved it. This was 25 hours of addicted listening...couldn't put it down. 4.5 star..."I've only read one Kristen Ashley book. I guess I better get going.
Finished:
- Not amazed, but it is a book 1 and still willing to read more of the series.
- Not great, not terrible. Yet a bit disappointing from the description.
Just finished reading
Abigail and John: Portrait of a Marriage by Edith B. Gelleshttps://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I finished listening to

and not surprisingly was pulled right in. Want to finish this book before start
. Will also be starting
