Lol. Thats gonna be hard. Hmm so how old are you? 10? *runs away* :D"
Grrr .... 15 -_-

Have read it, but thanks for the rec :D
12th June, right?
I remember :D

When he wrote the book, not now. :)

In case, you do decide to read The Stand, let me know as I am planning to read it in 2016. Hopefully my massive tome buddy will wake up in 2016 and not let me down like he did in 2015! :P

sure, Sri.
If you put up a massive tome challenge in 2016, I will take part in that too. But then same book will be included in multiple challenges - like same book for MT, dystopia, historical etc. if it fulfills criteria.
@Manju, I think Anoop, not sure as he's the one who is fond of MT.

Ah will definitely ask Sumit to set it up for us next year. Let's start bombarding him with the challenges we want. :P

Srividya wrote: "Smitha - It's best when you can use a single book for multiple challenges. I have a friend who once used a book for as many as 21 challenges. I must say that it takes a lot of creativity to do that..."
And here I was thinking myself a maestro, sneaking in the same one for 3-4 challenges. :P

Wanted to usher in the year by reading. I had even put up a gloating FB status on that. But then plans changed. Will be watching movie at the T-Time.
The first books of my new year are going to be leftovers from 2015. But I prefer it thus. Gives some sort of continuity.
1. A Dark-Adapted Eye- resuming at 80%
2. One Part Woman - have read first 2 chapters, and am impressed. So looking forward
Brand new reads would be (actually not, as both the books below have been started and given up by me in 2015 or earlier. But am trying again as buddy read and group read, respectively
3. The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society - along with Manju
4. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - as a part of IR group read.
5. Words of Radiance BR with Manju
6. Magic bite - again, BR with Manju
So my Jan is pretty much booked for, unless I can further squeeze in a book or two.s

I love setting up Reading threads for the new year, though I may not love maintaining those as much.
This year, trying something different. I am participating in 4 random challenges borrowed off the net.
Not going to set a limit to my reading
Planning to diversify.
And will be updating this thread haphazardly throughout the year. I may talk about books, I may ramble on.
