**Autumn Reading Challenge - 2014**
finished my first Labour Day read
The Girl in the Hard Hat / Loretta HillGood quick read but with all the usual annoying bits at the beginning (oh woe is me, is only repeated once or twice per page for the first 50 pages), then settles into the great story

Shouldn't be too hard to find something relating to Easter or ANZAC Day in some way, or a historical fiction or a TBR for May. Sea creature may be a little harder...
Jennifer wrote: "started my 22nd book Northanger Abbey"My all time favourite Jane Austen novel! Hope you enjoy it!
I am just about to purchase Northanger Abbey by Val McDermid. It's the second in the Austen project where contemporary writers "re-imagine" Austen's novels. It has some good reviews.

Well done Sharon :)
Last night, I finished my penultimate (twenty-fifth) book, my first 13. TBR, The Black Prism, with my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show....Up next is my second 13. TBR, The Blinding Knife.
Ok I realised I am running out of time for this challenge and a couple of my books are quiet large and I didn't think I was going to get through them all by the end of the month (I'm going away for a week and will only be able to take my kindle which limits the number I can get through) So I've re-chosen two of my books - ANZAC Day & Captain Cook Day - I've picked two 'picture' books (they actually had a decent amount of reading in them) so these are the two books I have read and reviewed: ANZAC Day Book -
Memorial by Gary Crew, Shaun Tan - My Review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...And Captain Cook Day Book
The First Fleet by Alan Boardman, Roland Harvey My Review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

He was born in Ireland and sounds very Irish, but he's an Aussie now Nicola - therefore you can add him to the Aussie Author challenge if you want!
