"I sure hope not... you scared me half to death." He told her softly as he hugged her close to him, wanting to protect her form an unseen and unreal threat. "No, I'm the one that should be sorry... if I had just found you sooner, gotten there a few minutes earlier. " He said feeling bad and blaming himself for all of this. "It's okay, we'll work it all out, find out the truth.. Okay. You can tell me anything you want to, anytime you want too."



Grace was lost in space, but looked back when she heard feet coming back down the stairs. Seeing that it was Will. Hopefully everything was okay, seeing as she'd heard quit a bit of screaming. Blinking her eyes dry, at some point she had started crying. But did it fast enough that Will couldn't see them. Clearing her throat. "Everything okay up there?"

Ruby relaxed against him. "I know I can tell you anything its just I get worried and I want to protect you from this life. You're still an innocent human to me. I don't want to ruin that human side of you." Pausing for a second. "I left my daughter alone and sex with an ex who persuaded me. Trust me I feel horrible about it." Ruby whispered softly.

Will nodded his head slowly. "Yeah everything is okay." Will said looking at her. "We can leave now." He said started to head towards the front door.

"Shhh, It's not going anywhere. I'm not going anywhere... Avery's safe. Wore out but safe. I had Grace here watching her. It wasn't your fault, none of it was your fault. And he wont be able to get to you or our daughter ever again." He told her resting his chin on top of her head softly. Hearing Avery's light breath still asleep a few doors down.


"Okay.." She didn't know what else to say and at least Avery had both her parents back. So her job was done as well. Starting for the door to fallow him out so that she could go home.

"They want to shun me and give the crown to Rose, but I don't want that. That life is all I know Nick." She whispered softly. Tears rang in her eyes. "I love you for you and I wouldn't want to change you. At the same time I wish you could be like all the vampires so I wouldn't be losing what I know." She sniffled. "She said I'm more human than I am vampire and that it was your fault so I snapped."

Will nodded his head glad he wouldn't have to deal with Grace all he needed was time. As he walked out her spotted a human, but put his dead as he moved up his paced a little more.

"We'll work something out so that you can keep it. You have more power then Rose does. Even if they are thinking of giving her the crown instead.... " he told her wiping the tears from her eyes softly. He knew that Rose was only nice to them in public to make it look good. But really it drove her crazy knowing that they were happy and that he didn't control Ruby like her mate did to her.



Grace walked out the door and to the sidewalk. Then stopped biting her lip as she saw him walking away from her, faster. Deciding that she might as well, ask him if it was true. Calling out. "Will...."

Ruby buried her face into his chest and cried. "I cheated on you. I'm a horrible person." she sobbed. "How can you even look at me the same way? I can feel his touch all over me and makes me feel disgusted and sick." Nick loved her still how was this possible she betrayed him. "Nick can you make me forget his touch." She whispered against his chest.

Will stopped in his tracks and sighed. "What do you want Grace." he asked somewhat annoyed.

Nick held her as she cried. "No your not.. because I know that it wasn't you choosing to do it. You were tricked into doing it. Yeah, I can do that." He said kissing her forehead softly. Erasing the feel of his hands on her as he did so. Not wanting to have her suffer from it anymore.



Grace could hear the annoyance in his voice and knew it was pointed at her. And she didn't know why, she'd done nothing wrong that she knew of. And yet.... she felt like she'd done everything wrong. Every single little thing wrong. When she had tried to be the best she could with him. Blinking her eyes a couple times trying not to let her voice break. "Is it true? That your vampire side is becoming stronger again...."

Ruby's tears stopped she didn't remember how Damon felt to her and that made her smile. She curled into Nick not wanting him to let go of her. Nick's kiss lingered on her forehead. "Nick I love....." sleep took her over as she spiraled into it. A smile on her face appeared in this little moment she was happy.

Will didn't turn around. "No its not true. If you believed everything you heard from a brainwashed person you won't be getting anywhere." Pausing some. "I have to go pick up something." He kept walking.

Nick smiled as he felt that she no longer remembered the feel on Damon's hands on her. Then saw her eyes flutter shut not worrying about her this time. After everything and her getting her memories back she had to be tired. Picking her up and carrying her to their bed so that she could rest. Sitting down on his side of the bed, but still kept close to her.


Yeah, but it still didn't feel right. It was the only reason she could come up with, on why he had left. Letting him walk away. Seeing as she didn't know what else to say, to get him to tell her. Even though it calmed it wasn't. Turning around and started back to her own house.

Ruby curled into the blankets and smiled in her sleep. Her dreams were surprisingly peaceful she wasn't sure if Nick had something to do it, but she didn't care because that is what she need sleep. The sun came into the window and stretched and felt for Nick. She jumped up to see he wasn't there. Panic overflowed her, did Nick leave her? She was terrified that he left her.

Will felt guilty for lying to her. Humans were every where and it drove him insane. He was afraid he was going to flip on them.

Nick had gone to the bathroom, after two hours of her not waking he thought it would be safe. Plus he had gotten their daughter to watch a movie. She was still slightly sleepy but she was a lot better then she had been. Telling her that if she needed anything to come get him, because he would be with mommy because mommy didn't feel well. But would be better soon. Walking back into the bedroom from the privet bathroom they shared. Seeing her awake.



Grace went home and flipped on the tv. It was what she did when she felt bad and needed a distraction. And she felt both right now. Could she go to Raven about this? No... she couldn't. She felt sure that she would tell her the truth, but she didn't want to pull her in on this. This was between the two of them, no one else. She thought as she started Chanel hopping.



((Maybe Will decides to stop by her house to explain everything and that's when they get together.))

Ruby didn't see that he walked into the bedroom. She started to tremble her heart was rushing. Nick left her he lied to her. Tears ran down her face. "He le--ft me." Ruby whispered softly. She then looked up to see Nick coming in she ran to him. "You didn't left me." Tackling him to the floor. "Sorry I didn't mean to do that." She whispered softly.

Will was going to get someone his newphew. Well newphew of sorts considering his sister wasn't really sister, but she was dead now and so was his father and Will was the only family left. The house he built for them to start the pack was completed, but he wasn't sure if that was going to happen now. "Hello, Jason." The little boy had shaggy black hair with green eyes. On his way to the house he dropped Jason off to stay with one of the wolves he let entered the pack. He dialed Nicks number. "I'm taking care of my nephew and I figured sometime Avery and him could have a play date." Leaving a quick message as he drove to Grace's apartment.


((I figured Jason and Avery could have their own story line once they are older best friends that fall for each other. ))

Nick hadn't thought she would of woken the first time he'd gone to the bathroom. But then again he had been up for a while getting Avery set up. So she'd be occupied for a while. Then falling on his back when she tackled him. Causing him to smile, wrapping his arms around her waist. "It's okay-- I'm here, I just wanted to get Avery set up for a while, and then I had to go to the bathroom. I'm right here.." he told her trying to clam her once more.
Nick didn't have his phone on him so he didn't know about the call.



Grace had started dinner-- or what would settle as dinner at least. And she hadn't really started it seeing as she had ordered a pizza. She'd have left over's no doubt, but she hadn't felt like cooking tonight. Paying the delivery man then going back up to her apartment. Getting out a plate and sitting it aside before opening the box and taking three pieces to start. Taking it back to the living room so that she could finish the show she'd been watching while she ate.

Ruby smiled some as she clamed down some as she looked at Nicks eyes. "Are you thirsty you should drink three times a day and I know you go longer than that." She whispered softly looking at the calendar. "Did I sleep the whole day tomorrow morning is the kindergarten registration that we need to go to. We need to get Avery an outfit. I need to start planning lessons for vampire studies." Ruby wasn't use to relaxing even if something happened that put her body in exhaustion. "I have to cook dinner and clean the house. Avery's playdate is Saturday with a bunch of kids in her class. Then we have thr wedding to plan and her birthday party." Ruby stood up started pacing back and forth. "Then we have the blood moon ceremony that we been putting off for years." She started to pace back and forth.

Will sighed and walked up to the door and knocked on. "I need some help with something." He didn't know how to explain anything to her honestly.

Nick hoped up know if she kept going like this she'd only stress herself out. Wrapping his arms back around her so that she'd stop pacing. "Relax... I'll take care of fixing dinner and picking up around the house. We can take care of signing her up tomorrow morning, and then if you want I can take her shopping to get a new outfit for the first day of school. We can start planning the vampire studies once we sign her up and she has her outfit. Don't worry, we'll get Avery to her play date when it comes. And we can plan her birthday party and the wedding when we have some time off. It'll all work out." He told her, knowing that it would take some time but they'd get it all done. In the mean time however, she needed some rest.


Grace set down her plate and went to answer the door hearing that it was Will on the other side. Opening it, then holding it open for him to come in. Giving him a little smile for a second. "Come in..."

Ruby shook her head no. "She needs a new outfit for tomorrow and school shopping will be done next week. Vampire Studies have to start soon and the play date is at our house with little human kids running around the fence around the pool and snacks.On the weekly menu we are having chicken and mac cheese with a salad. The chicken should be thawed out." Ruby stopped pacing. "There's so much to be done Nick how can I rest?"

Will looked at Grace. "So my sister and brother in law died so I'm taking care of their son, Jason. I don't know how to take care of kid let alone a 5 year old. And I need your help."

"Breathe.... Let me take care of it. You do enough as it is, and after everything you deserve a break and a chance to relax. I know how to cook dinner, and I can take her to get an outfit after dinner. We can deal with the vampire studies tomorrow. They don't start tonight. And we'll deal with the play date when Saturday gets here. It'll be okay." He said trying to sooth her. She needed rest and she wouldn't get it if she worked herself up about everything.



Grace closed the door once he'd come in. "I'm so sorry,--- I can babysit him anytime you need." she said thinking that he meant he needed her help with Jason.

Ruby looked down at the floor she didn't speak. "Nick relaxing is like a foreign concept to me. I need to do things or I'll go crazy. The only way you can get me to relax is if you forced me and you wouldn't do that." Ruby was pouting like a little kid who was told they weren't allowed to do something. It wasn't like she didn't trust Nick to do things its just she couldn't relax. Nicks voice was soothing, but relaxing seemed like the wrong thing to do.

Will nodded his head. "Grace I'm sorry I needed some time to clear my head and everything."

"Your right, I wont force you to, but at least if you're not going to. At least spend some time with our daughter.. she's down stairs watching a movie. I told her you weren't feeling well but would be better soon. At least do that, then while I fix dinner." He said, even though the last part was more like a question then a statement.



Grace went and sat down back on the coach, and waved for him to join her in sitting. "Why though? I kept going over possible reasons in my head, and none of them added up... you give me a note, and then when I find you you don't even explain what's going on. You just take off....., Please, Will."

Ruby looked at him. "I can make dinner, I can take her shopping, I can plan her studies, I can plan the birthday party, the play date, the wedding, school shopping. I can do it. I'm fine this is what I do while you work. Just let me do this." Ruby said snapping a little she wasn't fine no was fine just like. She was pushing everything away. "The sooner I get back to my life the better. You can play with her while I cook super." She could honestly break down and cry, but her family needed her. Stopping and relaxing and let those horrible events play in her head wasn't an option. Ruby pulled away from Nick and turned around to head down the stairs tears fell silently. "I'm fine."

"I needed to clear my head and that's all you will get out of me. Fine you can stay here, but our packs house is done and it was suppose to be a surprise and I was going to propose to you there, but if you can't accept my apology then fine." Will said. "If anything counts my sister just died and you really want to know why I took off?" Everything he was saying was true, but the real reason he took off he would never say.

Nick let out a breath hearing the crack that she didn't in her voice. Plus he knew if he could see her face tears would silently be falling down her checks. Standing there as she went to leave but didn't let her get far. "Strawberry.... " he called her wanting to help her. But he couldn't if she wouldn't let him.


Grace bit her lip, batting back her feelings. As much as she could, she needed to think rashially and she couldn't with her feelings right on the surface. He was going to propose to her? Was that why he had been sneaking around so much? The reason he hadn't been home all that time before he'd broken things off? Because he'd been helping out with the pack house? And finding a ring? No.... things had ended to quickly. And they just seemed to drift farther apart.. not closer together. "I- I had no idea that the house was that close to even being done. And I'm sorry about you're sister... truly I am. And I'll do anything to help out with Jason. Yes, I want to know the real reason."

"I'm fine Nick I really am fine." Ruby whispered she stopped at the entrance of the door. Tears ran down her face she let a quiet sniffle. "I'm fine." Trying to convince herself more than Nick. "I can't relax. You can't make me relax. You can't make me do anything." She could feel her knees tremble. "Nick I need you act like any other mates until I'm better because if you don't I won't get better and I will go crazy. All I think about is what happened. Doing something to have something in my mind would make it stop, but its not working." Ruby's lungs were begging for air and the guilty feeling caused by asking Nick to act like any other mates didn't help. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked that of you. I shouldn't said anything I need to go make dinner."

"I told you why my sister just died. Didn't you hear my sarcastic tone?" Will looked down and shook his head. "Gosh Grace stopped being paranoid there's nothing else wrong."

Nick let out a breath of air. "Alright... but if you need anything. Let me know and I'll try my best to get it for you." he said walking over to her and hugging her. Hearing the movie going off down stairs, it felt as if he had just put it on five minutes ago. "Let's get downstairs..."


"Then explain to me why I feel like there is... God, Will. I spent nights beating myself up after you left and even before you did. Wondering why you left, why you weren't around as much, I ran every possible idea through my head. And nothing made sense, I thought of going to Raven confiding in her, but I never did. Because I wanted us to work this out, I wanted us to stay together... And then yesterday at Nick and Ruby's house, I over heard her in the bathroom talking to Nick. Saying that you where going vampire again, I don't know if that's true or not because she was so out of it. But if it is at all at least a little bit true... Why didn't you tell me? I would of gone to the end of the world to help you, "

Ruby looked at Nick he was upset at her she backed away. She was ruining everything. She fell to her knees. "Nick I need your help. I really need you to make me relax because I won't get better and I know I'm pushing you away and that's not helping." Tears ran down her face. "I'm not okay and I will never ask for you to let go, but I'm asking you to control me until you feel that I'm better." Ruby glanced at the floor she was afraid he wouldn't do this and that it was asking too much of him. "I'm not okay and I can't solve this on my own." It was taking so much of her to ask for help.

"I don't tell you things for plenty of reasons most of the time you react irrational and would jump right into the situation to save me. I don't need saving every time something bad something happens. I can handle myself Grace." Will looked up at her. "What I don't tell you, have no reason to know." He said.

Nick took her into his arms. 'Okay,... I will. Until I know that you feel better. Then I'll stop, like you asked." He told her closing his eyes and gently kissing her forehead again. But letting a feeling of peace and relaxation sink into her. Feeling after a moment that she'd be relaxed soon. "I love you so much... you know that right?"



"What do you want from me? Because I don't know, what to say. I really don't anymore. I'm trying my best to understand, and you don't know what I would of done if you had told me.. The day you left you burst in and kissed me like you thought that you'd never get another chance too and then a couple hours later your slipping a note under the door saying we need to break up. What am I suppose to think of that? "

Ruby nodded her head slowly. "I know you love me and I love you so much." Peace and relaxation started to settled in and she smiled some and giggled. "Today's just a wonderful day." She said with a smiled. "Avery's watching a movie watching a movie sounds fun maybe we can have a family movie night and order some pizza." Ruby looked up , fully relaxed, she just smiled. "You have the chickened ready to go I smell it. Your cooking super." A smile played on her face. "That's so sweet." Kissing him on the cheek. "Cook super, I don't get to eat your cooking often." She came down the stairs and Avery rushed and hugged her.


Will shook his head. "I don't know maybe that I needed time to think. That maybe I was tired. Fine I should go." The scent of humans rushed in his face. He took a deep breath. "I have my reasons for not telling you things and if you don't accept that then that's fine."

Nick had started dinner cooking even before she had brought it up. Fallowing her down stairs and seeing Avery rushing over and hugging her mother. "Maybe we can have family movie night tomorrow." He told her, then walked to the kitchen to finish up with dinner so that they could eat.

"I love you baby girl." Ruby whispered softly. "Tomorrow we are having a movie night." She said with a smile and sat on the couch happily. "Daddy's cooking dinner and after dinner we are going shopping."

"Toy can I have new toy?" Avery asked. "Please mommy and daddy me want a new toy"

Nick took up dinner and made the salads in another bowl off of the plate. "Dinners up." he called to them so that they could come in and eat. "We'll see honey, seeing as we have to go shopping for your school clothes." He told Avery as he poured himself a glass of water.


((Maybe. And then after he goes after the human he realizes what he almost did and then thanks her for stopping him and that's when it happens?))

Avery sat up and looked at Nick and frowned. "Please daddy new toy new toy." Avery asked him again.

"Sweetie daddy said maybe." Ruby said.

"I'm asking daddy not you mommy." Avery retorted. Ruby glanced down at her food. What ever soothing Nick was doing wasn't coming through she wad hurt and angry at Avery's attitude.

"That's it you're not getting a toy. You will eat your dinner and go upstairs and stay there for the rest of night. Shopping for a toy is a privilege and I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. Avery Cameron Nicole you are grounded and if you don't act any better I will cancel the playdate."

Wow. She was supposed to be relaxed. Not all--- huffy. Like she was with their daughter. Even though Avery was getting a little bossy with her. He would of told her that they would of thought about it and maybe she could. He wouldn't of skipped right to grounding her. Although with the kind of day and everything she'd been through he could understand her mood. He thought cutting up his own food and then Avery's for her.

Ruby could since what Nick was thinking and sighed. "I will not tolerate that kind of talk in my house and if you think my punishment is too harsh I don't know what to tell." Ruby got up from the table. "I'm not hungry." She lied and walked away.

Avery frowned tears coming down her face. "I'm sorry." She whispered crying.

Nick let her go, watching as she walked away. Most likely to have time alone. He'd go find her after him and Avery finished eating. Holding out his arms for her, to come into. "Mommy just isn't completely over what she has. And she's had a long day... " He tired comforting his daughter.

Ruby looked down and shook her head. She walked up to her room and to the balcony. A deep breath of air flowed through her lungs as she inhaled. Her feet hit the flooring making little pitter patter rhythm as she paced acrossed the balcony. Crisp wind hit her in the face it would be sun set soon. Her eyes landed on a human taking a nice evening stroll. Ruby's eyes widened as her mouth watered realizing she hadn't fed in days. She gracefully jumped down and hit the cement silently. Quickly darting at abnormal speed to get caught up to the human.

Avery looked at Nick. "Daddy my mouth hurts." Avery's fangs were coming in and she didn't realize it which was causing her be grumpy.

"Open up, let's have a look and see if we can see anything going on in there.." he told her, she was young and he didn't really know when child vampires started getting their fangs. But from what he'd heard it was about the age Avery was right now. Surly that was part of the reason she was so grumpy if it was because of she was getting her fangs in.

Avery shook her head no. "Mommy too. Mommy look too" Avery said. "Me want mommy too" Tears rang in her eyes she wanted her mom. "Don't know why she upset at me, daddy."


Ruby stopped the chase and walked over to Ravens house and knocked on the door. "Raven I need to talk to you." Raven was sort of her best friend and she needed to talk. "I'm sorry I didn't call, but I'm concerned about something and I don't want to worry Nick right now if there's nothing wrong. How do you tell if someone is an elder?"

Will left and as he did he caught a scent of a human and started to follow it that scent.

Nick sighed. "Sweetheart, mommy's just cranky too. I don't think she meant to get upset at you like she did. But you did get a bit of a attitude with her, and with her not feeling all the way better yet.. well she just got a short temper. Now open up so that daddy can take a look." He told her, giving her a worried look.



Raven opened the door, and then was dumb struck when Ruby asked if there was a way to tell if you could tell if someone was an elder. "Uhhh, maybe you should come in.." She said holding the door open for her to enter her house.


Grace shook her head, watching as he left the small apartment. What used to be their apartment. Looking out the window and saw him already walking away. Deciding that maybe she should fallow him. Heading down the stairs and out the door. Staying far enough behind that he couldn't catch her sent.

Tears ran down her face as she sniffled some. "I love mommy doesn't she know that?" Avery pouted opening her mouth slowly to let her father see.

Ruby nodded and walked in to the house. "Raven I almost died, but I didn't and as I was coming too I heard voice in my head saying that I was one of them now. So I assuming an elder saved me and turned me, but I want to know for sure if I'm an elder."

Will turned away from the human's scent, but it was hard to doge it since it was everywhere.

"Yes, mommy knows that you love her very much. And she loves you too. But sometimes, we might not like what you do, or say. And that's when we'll be mad at you and tell you to go to your room. But that doesn't mean we don't love you anymore. Because we'll always love you." He told her ducking his head down to look into her mouth. Seeing little fangs starting to form in her mouth as he had suspected.


Raven listened, in someway she had come to consider Ruby one of her closest friends. Seeing as she didn't have many friends as it was. "I'm not sure, I have some old books though that might tell us how. Do you have any idea on which Elder might have saved you? Or why?" That might help seeing as The Elders always had a hidden agenda when it came to what they did and why. Everyone knew that. Getting up to go dig out the books she had on the subject from an old trunk in the corner of the room. Then returning to her seat with a pile of books next to her.



Grace frowned. Watching as she stopped as well, she didn't want to give herself away. And it looked as if he was looking for something. Something he wanted-- or was trying to ignore really bad.

Avery nodded her head slowly. "Mommy never get's that mad, me didn't mean to do anything wrong." Tears started to form in her eyes. "Me just wanted a new toy, daddy."

Ruby sighed and shook her head no. "I don't know why they would save me, unless if they aren't done with me yet. I know they want Avery to be and Elder eventually, but she wouldn't be able to become unless if one Nick or I become an Elder. Or they want me because I'm already a powerful vampire even for a royal and with Elder's power I would be nearly unstoppable if Nick were to let go I would be their most power weapon. As far as I know they haven't made a new Elder in ages so why start now. Again I'm not sure if I'm an Elder and I figured you might know how to tell because your one of the oldest vampires I know, no offense."

Will took a deep breath he heard someone cut themselves in a distance. He could smell the dripping blood. His eyes widen as he walked off in that direction.

"I know sweetie, but every time we go out to go shopping you might not get one. Seeing as mommy is right, getting a new toy is a privilege, but other times we will get you one." he tried explaining to her, as gently as he could with still being parent like. Taking his napkin that was unused and wiping her eyes with it.


Raven laughed softly when Ruby called her one of the oldest vampires she knew. "It's okay, I don't take offense to my age anymore.-- Your right. The last time they made a new Elder was the 30th century," Looking up after she said that and added "No, I wasn't around for that one.." Just to try to lighten the mood. As she started flipping through the old books laid out around her.


Grace couldn't smell the blood. For one she wasn't a vampire, and two she had good smell and vision. But she couldn't smell blood that far away. Her noise was programed to smell out people, other animals, that sort of thing... Not blood like the vampires could. Starting to fallow him once he began moving again. Unsure of what he was tracking.

"I haven't gotten a new toy in awhile though." Avery said looking at him it last week, but it seemed like a long time to her. She sniffled a little bit looking up at him. "Mommy didn't finish her dinner isn't she hungry?" Avery asked softly.

Ruby smiled and then her eyes fell to a book that was blue. It stuck out to her mostly because it was the only blue, book laying around the other books. Ruby picked up the blue book gently it was the history of the Elder's. This was a valuable book that she doubted the Elders would let anyone have. She opened up to a random page. How to tell if one is an Elder "This one Raven read this page, I don't want to read it."

Will stopped as the person was cleaning it. He headed off to the woods there's probably some campers in this part of the woods.

"How about this, we'll go shopping after we're done with dinner and I've cleaned up. And if you can be good, while we're gone and for the rest of the week. When we go out next week we'll get you a new toy. I'm going to save mommy's dinner just in case she wants it later." He told her, sure that in a little while she'd be hungry if she came back. He had sensed when she'd left to go take a walk or whatever. But knew she'd be back. He just didn't know when so he'd leave a note saying where they went so she didn't worry when she came back and found the house empty.



Raven looked up when she heard the drop in Ruby's voice. Looking at the page and holding both hands out for the book after sitting the one she'd been looking at aside. So not to ruin it sense it was so old and some of the pages where now coming loos with age. Taking it when she handed it over, seeing the title that was the headline on the page she'd opened too. Wow she'd forgotten all about this one. Forgotten that she'd had it even it had been so long that she had come across it. "Would you like me to read it and then tell you what it says?"



Grace didn't know what to think, he was just wandering all over the place with no real destination in mind. Or so it seemed. Seeing him stop and head a different way once he got so close to a house. What was in the house? She wondered running over and checking. Seeing someone washing out a wound. Then quickly going to fallow him again, she hadn't lost him even though she had stopped to look inside. And if she did she could always find him again by using her noise.

Avery nodded her head some and sniffled some. "Okay, daddy." Avery whispered looking up at him as she continued to eat her dinner slowly, not wanting to hurry up and eat because she wanted her mother to go shopping with them.

Ruby rolled eyes at Raven. "Just read the stupid page and perform whatever you have to do. I don't have much time. I have to get back before we go shopping." Ruby said looking at her it felt like Raven was dragging it out, but she knew she was only being helpful.

Will wandered around the woods searching for a blood source. He stopped as he heard a deer his eyes looked at the deer and he frowned it looked delicious, but then he eyed a human that looked just as delicious as a deer.

Nick nodded, giving Avery a little smile as she went back to finish eating her dinner. As he started eating his own again. He'd wait until they were done and then if she still hadn't come back and finished her dinner then he'd rap it up so that she could have it later on.




Grace stayed far enough back but still stayed where she could see him but he wouldn't be able to see her if he looked back. Seeing as she had placed herself behind a tree as coverage. Watching as he stopped once more hearing a deer moving about and then footsteps that wasn't either of theirs. A human. What one would he go after? The deer or the human? That was the question. And if he went after the human she would have to try and stop him,--- could he be able to take her blood? No. Probably not seeing as she had wolf blood. But would it really mater sense he was part werewolf. And then if they could work things out, and he was willing to move back in with her--- then they'd have to work out everything on how he was going to get blood. Rather or not they would be having Jason living with them or not. But that would all be okay. She told herself as she watched as the scene played out in front of her.

Ruby felt a little light headed as she waited for Ravens response her eyes landed on a black book. She picked it up felt her heart pounded. She opened up and saw a picture of Nick or someone who looked liked him, she frowned and quickly scanned the reading and shut it. Growing uneasy not liking what she read. "Raven uh what does it say?" Ruby asked anything would get her off the mind of what she read.


Avery smiled as she ate her food slowly. She kept looking at the stairs hoping her mother would come down.


Will darted towards the path of the human. He hadn't tasted blood since Raven.
