Definitely. I feel like that particular point was established in the first 15 minutes of the first episode. They didn't need to spend the next 4 episodes focusing on it without really advancing the plot all that much...
Also, the annoying waitress/friend. Way too much time was spent on her in the beginning, and she was pretty pointless. I mean, the one relevant thing she did - (view spoiler) , was pretty much mooted (view spoiler)
I also agree Stark was sort of a weak point. I liked him well enough in the movies, but I had a hard time taking him seriously in the show.

Sleepy Hollow - (view spoiler)
They do seem to be set to be more on course for the next season, so here's hoping.
***
Gotham - while Penguin does still annoy me, I must admit I do quite enjoy watching the (view spoiler)
I've decided that while I like the storyline with Bruce, and Pertwee as Alfred is pretty great, the kid who plays Bruce could be better...
Oh, and Barbara is (view spoiler)

I've been completely on-demand since 2008. Now that I've broken my TV addictions and gotten used to watching shows on delay, it is all too easy to continue putting off viewing. Plus, my SO now prefers to wait for shows to be over so we can binge watch.
Our most current show is The Walking Dead, we are as caught up as Netflix streaming will allow. We also are making our way through DVDs of the early seasons of Big Bang Theory.
A big challenge for me will be what to do about The Expanse when it starts. I REALLY want to watch it. But, I don't want to be back in that TV addicted zone.
I've been having that same struggle with SHIELD, Gotham, and Agent Carter.

Yes! I've been recording them since they started airing, but didn't get time to watch them until this week. Loving it more than I thought I would.
And so far it doesn't look like you'd need to watch any Breaking Bad, but there are a few cool Easter eggs you'll pick up if you do. And I love Breaking Bad, so definitely a recommendation.

I'm so glad you like it, too!

The Flash looks so good, definitely appears to be a show that I would spend an entire weekend binge-watching, haha.
I have been spending the past few weeks re-watching Game of Thrones in anticipation for the fifth series, watching Fringe for the first time and having a huge Grey's Anatomy re-watch, too.

Ahhh....shiiit!I forgot tonight is the finale.:(
What will berserker Rick do tonight?
And devious Carol?
And what will I do with my Sunday nights?

:(

Damn,Sorry to hear that.:(

So Laurel,
I watched The Walking Dead finale this morning, what'd you think?
Morgan's a bad-ass and he fights like a monk.He don't need no "effing" guns. :)

And y'all, I hope Lauren and other Walking Dead fans have seen that finale before they come in here. What you're saying means nothing to non-fans, but to those watching it's quite spoilery.

Definitely agree with you on that one, Nicki! My mum and I are re-watching Grey's Anatomy right from the beginning -- it is amazing to see how the show has changed and progressed throughout the years :)

My family and I just finished catching up on Grey's Anatomy, which is one of those shows that swings wildly be..."
I'm sorry to anyone if I said too much about a show.
Refresh me on the use of the spoiler and I will make sure to use it. Again sorry. :)

Thanks,
I'll try to be more aware.:)

On an unrelated note, I have started marathoning Game of Thrones from episode one on to try and catch up before Season 5 premieres. I'm not used to this much TV at once. (I've heard it will go off book and could get spoilery, so its time for me to put on my big girl panties and get on board). Lend me your strength...

How Arrow Failed Felicity
ETA: Some spoilers in that article. Obviously.

Agreed. I didn't agree with that part of the article, but I do agree that I went from loving quirky Felicity to being generally annoyed with whiney Felicity.
Of course, it doesn't help that I legit still hate the guy who plays Ray Palmer.
