I think it might if they changed the entire face of the show. I think what slowed it down at first was the "Peggy must overcome male idiots" part. Maybe they can move on and deal with the plot now?

Definitely. I feel like that particular point was established in the first 15 minutes of the first episode. They didn't need to spend the next 4 episodes focusing on it without really advancing the plot all that much...

Also, the annoying waitress/friend. Way too much time was spent on her in the beginning, and she was pretty pointless. I mean, the one relevant thing she did - (view spoiler)[get the guys to leave by turning on the water works (hide spoiler)], was pretty much mooted (view spoiler)[in the next scene! (hide spoiler)]

I also agree Stark was sort of a weak point. I liked him well enough in the movies, but I had a hard time taking him seriously in the show.

Sleepy Hollow - (view spoiler)[I actually wondered if the girl playing Jenny had another side project or something, because I kept wondering where she was.

And I think they squandered Henry in this season. They could've developed the Henry/Katrina thing better, and not had it so rushed. Of course, conversely, Jeremy was like, "Yeah, but that would just mean more Katrina, so that would've been annoying, too." (hide spoiler)]

They do seem to be set to be more on course for the next season, so here's hoping.

I've decided that while I like the storyline with Bruce, and Pertwee as Alfred is pretty great, the kid who plays Bruce could be better...

There are so many really great sounding shows out right now, but I don't really watch much television.

I've been completely on-demand since 2008. Now that I've broken my TV addictions and gotten used to watching shows on delay, it is all too easy to continue putting off viewing. Plus, my SO now prefers to wait for shows to be over so we can binge watch.

Our most current show is The Walking Dead, we are as caught up as Netflix streaming will allow. We also are making our way through DVDs of the early seasons of Big Bang Theory.

A big challenge for me will be what to do about The Expanse when it starts. I REALLY want to watch it. But, I don't want to be back in that TV addicted zone.

I've been having that same struggle with SHIELD, Gotham, and Agent Carter.

My daughter is big time into Walking Dead. The only shows I'm really into right now are Grimm and Forever (also Big Bang but that's comedy and we're talking other "stuff"). Sometimes I'm just in the mood to watch TV and often can't really find anything I want to watch. Then I try On Demand or put in a video.

Anyone else obsessed with Better Call Saul? I've never seen an episode of Breaking Bad, I didn't even mean to watch it. Just sat down halfway through the first episode for a few minutes to take a break from housework and ended up binge watching the next 5 with my boyfriend.

Yes! I've been recording them since they started airing, but didn't get time to watch them until this week. Loving it more than I thought I would.

And so far it doesn't look like you'd need to watch any Breaking Bad, but there are a few cool Easter eggs you'll pick up if you do. And I love Breaking Bad, so definitely a recommendation.

I loved the finale, and was happy with everything I saw. It gave just enough to keep me thinking over the summer about what I may see next season, while still being satisfying. Great show!

On an unrelated note, I have started marathoning Game of Thrones from episode one on to try and catch up before Season 5 premieres. I'm not used to this much TV at once. (I've heard it will go off book and could get spoilery, so its time for me to put on my big girl panties and get on board). Lend me your strength...
