I guess I will go for the 8 of them. I had not set a monopoly challenge, I had just a number of sub categories. With books from other challenges, I think I can make it for all of them.

message 279: by Tiffany-Rae (last edited Jun 30, 2014 03:13PM) (new)

Tiffany-Rae Lowe (thetiff10) | 87 comments So I just looked through the thread and stole some ideas from other people on what to read for the time period/historical monopoly. I have:
Romeo and Juliet for ancient time period

Oliver Twist for Victorian
and
The Hobbit for medieval

Is this right? I am horrible with genres I just like to read haha

message 280: by Adriana (last edited Jul 01, 2014 01:42PM) (new)

Adriana | 3888 comments @Tricia- I'm glad you are reading great books outside your normal reads.

@Tiffany-Rae - At first I wouldn't have said Romeo and Juliet was in the write category but it was created around 1595 so...
(Later) I looked up a timeline of the ancient period and I should be much later than that like BC or earlier AD years. Think ancient Greece, Rome, and Egypt. Like all those plays... Odyssey... this might help: Ancient Books
