✿Claire✿ (clairelm) I've started out with a list of some of the books I want to read and the month I want to read them in

Camille (camillesbookishadventures) How do you manage to read so many books? I would love to know the trick :)

✿Claire✿ (clairelm) I have no idea! I just read as often as I can. And I've made the decision not to waste time on books I'm not enjoying which helps. :)

Adriana | 3888 comments You are very inspiring when it comes to reading. I want to read a lot this month. I just need to put in the time to do so. Do you recommend any books from your read list this year?

message 15: by ✿Claire✿ (new)

✿Claire✿ (clairelm) Thanks Adriana. I've actually been off sick for most of August which is why my reading has sky rocketed and for the first time since about February, I'm ahead of schedule for my goal for the year (by one book!) which is great as I'm about to start a 3 week course which will curb my reading a bit!

✿Claire✿ (clairelm) As for recommendations, I've read a lot of really good books (and some complete and utter rubbish!) but I'd definitely recommend these if you like the genre:

Storm Front
Ella Minnow Pea
Pups in Tea Cups
The Wedding Cake Tree
Puppy Love
A Touch of Greek (and series)
The Man From U.N.D.E.A.D. - The Curious Case Of The Kidnapped Chemist (and series)
Strictly Murder (and series although I think I read this one last year and the rest of the series this year!)
The Rose Hotel
Daughter of Time: A Time Travel Romance (and series)
Pacific Vortex! (and series)
Where Bluebirds Fly
Wanted (and series)
Virals
Silent Run

I hope there's a recommendation there for everyone!

Adriana | 3888 comments Do you plan the books you are going to read and then mark them off?

message 19: by ✿Claire✿ (new)

✿Claire✿ (clairelm) I've got a list of free kindle books that I'm working my way through in order (although I'm prepared to give a book up if I don't enjoy it) and then other books that I dip into when I need something different.

Cassandra | 5832 comments Claire, you are so close to your reading goal! Do you have more reading planned for the end of the year?

message 23: by ✿Claire✿ (new)

✿Claire✿ (clairelm) I'm halfway through a couple of books so hopefully they'll all be finished by then :-)
