Generally, picks are supposed to be done before the month begins, not after, to allow readers a chance to purchase the series or request missing books from the library, so that they arrive in time to finish them before month's end. Hope that helps you for planning when to visit the thread for September later this month!

I can't sit still enough to read e-books. I keep falling asleep on my kindle or end up watching whatever my husband is watching on tv.
But audiobooks are no problem. I wish this series was on audio!

I love the 3 sisters, and like you Chloe and Sawyer's book is the best of the three. Have you read any other series by her?
I've got the last 4 of Lucky Harbor to read, starting with It's in His Kiss which I hope to start tonight. Maddie and Jax is a favorite, but I also liked Grace and Josh as well as Aubrey and Ben. I started Jill Shalvis' new series Cedar Ridge. I didn't enjoy it as well as Lucky Harbor's start, but it wasn't too bad. I've also read Time Out by her. I've got a couple of other books of hers as well. Overall, I've enjoyed her writing quite a bit.
Lucky Harbor is the only books that I have read by her, but I do want to read her Animal Magnetism series.
So I just finish

I have finished 3 of the books I had remaining so far, just one more to go. Love this series, but the last one is starting a bit slow... don't know if I am just needing a break from this storyline or what, but I may end up finishing this series next month... I still have yet to crack any of the ones for the Serial Challenge in Cozy Mystery Corners... and there are a ton I have for that one... (Kay Skarpetta series)... Not to mention everything else I am trying not to fall behind on!

Rock Chick Revenge — ★★★★★ 8/17
I so love this series! This book told Ava’s and Luke’s story. Luke has been unlucky in love the past few books...he’s fallen just a bit short each time...but apparently that’s because he was meant for Ava! I would have loved to see a bit more of Ava in the previous books since she knows Allie and Indy, but the story still worked all the same. What I really liked about this book was there was this whole sub story going on that ended up being the big problem for Ava. I liked how it all clicked together end...it worked really well. I also really liked how two of the upcoming stories were starting to be set up!
Rock Chick Reckoning — ★★★★★ 8/24
This book had so much heart and soul...I loved it! We’ve seen glimpses of Mace throughout the series, but he was center stage for this one! His is a heart-breaking story...and while there is closure to it, that closure is so bittersweet. Stella is a riot! She is the Rock Chick in my opinion! I loved seeing her vulnerability fall away as she battled her demons and Mace pushed her. Another aspect of this story that was markedly different from previous books is the many different narrators. We got to see into the lives of the Hot Bunch and Rock Chicks of stories past. In addition to interacting with these beloved characters, they also provided a unique perspective to Mace and Stella's story. Ava’s epilogue brings the whole gang together and spotlights the special bond Mace and Stella share.
Rock Chick Regret — ★★★★★ 8/30
O...M...G...this book was a roller coaster ride of emotions from page 1 all the way through the end! Sadie’s story was was heartbreaking, hysterical, scary, nail biting...pretty much, I ran the gambit of the emotional spectrum. Hector was a pretty typical Hot Bunch member...plus his Chavez temper! Sadie seemed to be everything non Rock Chick...but throughout the book we see that she is very much a Rock Chick. Her struggles were so painful, but they made her joys so much sweeter. I’ve truly loved all of these books...and even with one left to go...I think this is my favorite.

I liked that we got a little more insight into Somersets past as well as more about Roarke's past in Vengeance in Death, but more importantly I found Holiday in Death really interesting. I'm listening to more and more audios. I'm so happy that I can choose freely between 3 devices, and then I have 2 audible credits pr. month. So it's easier for me to choose audios. I also read ebooks, but it's mostly before bed or in the morning, sometimes when I'm taking public transport or something.
