slow but kinda liking it that way, more descriptive, get to know the surroundings and what happen at that time.

PS: i think it most probably just me, even though its summer and had some free time, but cant seem to read much either its because of Ramazan and whole sleeping and waking schedule is disturb whole night awake then whole day :)

i like the Marie POv enjoy it, but its because of Warren POV Marie is slow, descriptive way way descriptive but because of her blindness we experience as she experience.
if the book had only Marie POV i'd be bored but we get slow chapter then we move to other side. liking it.

Sea Of Flame Story was good.

Completed the task of 18 chapters, the start is slow but short chapters are easy to read. Enjoying detailed insight into Marie Laure's world. The story of a German orphan with a brilliant scientific mind sometimes feels overloaded, but I hope things will get better.

I think it's a long book and we should increase our speed. We're going at a very slow pace despite the fact that it's getting more interesting with each turning page....

Really liking the story its slow no doubt but things getting interesting

just task after task, no sharing how is it, do you liking it or not, good or bad, anything catching your attention, something that anybody finding irritating, would be that instead of that.

people it's not Homework that you have ti do, its group, club, buddy read. suppose to be fun. Not Need to do But we want to do

eventhou last month not many participated but those who did, shared, which POV is more fun. (last month book has also 2 POV) that just help other, those who are behind without spoiling (have to use spoiler HTML for any kind of spoiler) can read adn get motivated, to read more. can decide that is the other person who is liking the Other POV or something in the story do you also like it, or not what you like and why do you like you can also share for others to read.

just assigning the task well its not buddy read. its like BOTM with just divided into daily task to help us finish the book.

if someone is upto date to the task, we can take break of day or two,,,even if we dont finish the book by 24 we can take more time but the point was to share as we read but have to finish the book. there are many here who i think read this book is 2-3 days (i wish i was of them) but NO we decided to read slowly. last month we starter MAY27 and took as much time we needed but participated and shared.
every book take time to get into it (with some exceptions) but when we are into it, then there's no stoping us just have to get there.

chalo je nai participate kar raha marzi hai...but those who are reading it and completeing the task can share even 2-3 line when they read, any saying. any line. something interesting they read in today's task....just make more interesting thing buddy read. for themselves and for other too..
i am little bit behind but i dont want to read just because i have to i can finish that gap by 1 hour anything everyone can Then whats the point.

when i read something interesting about the book that is farther in the book by someone here i just want to get to that part(dont you agree) or even something bad i want to give my opinion too about that part...

that is the maing point of this buddy read, even this group
to "everyone should participate and make this more enjoyable..."
to make reading more fun atleast for me.
with game and sharing stuff so that we enjoy Reading more with others.

we taka a break or stretch this book to longer period it is GIGANTIC.. but that doesn't mean everyone assumes we have more time and drop to all to together. no that just mean we helping others t just get to that point and cover the GAP> but they want to read of not then we just go right a head and those are reading it can share thoughts and SOMETHING, ANTTHING

Quite frankly my heart was pounding by the time I got to the middle of the "Entrance Exam" chapter 40. Up till now I am glued. I read a bit further and found a blunder in the book:

"I can hear ships at sea. Madrid. Brazil. London. I heard Pakistan once." Etienne explaining to Marie-Laure about his radio's capabilities.

Lol, Pakistan wasn't even created in 1940 XD

I got busy and didn't revise chapters for few days but I did today.....chapter 38

I totally liked the Paris side, peaceful city gradually turned into war zone. How beautifully writer described tense environment with little changes. And during journey, questions of Marie and the way her father tried to give safest answers, it's kind of sad.
