Lela (lacslc) | 191 comments Have you ever read a book and wondered........what?...... when it was finished. I'm just in a confused state of mind about "The Blind Owl." I think I need someone to interpret the interpretation!

I started reading that title for a book club and found it hard to get into. I made it through the first couple of chapters and then set it aside for another time.

Britany | 930 comments It's definitely more literary than I initially thought it would be. Not a fast read at all, and certainly not for everyone.

I think I will give it another try without the pressure of having to have it read by a certain time.

May (mayzie) | 589 comments Just finished "A MAN CALLED OVE". It started slow... enough so that I almost called Claire to ask why she had loaned it to me. But I kept reading, and caught on to Ove's back story. And then I started to get the current story. By then, the old curmudgeon had grown on me. Have to say that I loved this book!!!
