Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) Jamie, I would of liked to read it, but cos I am finding it hard to read things like that, I can't.

message 52: by Jamie (new)

Jamie That's understandable, Fiona. I wouldn't suggest reading something you are uncomfortable with, especially when it deals with such difficult material.

message 53: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) This had been on my TBR shelf since July 2006. I thought I would be over it. But looks like I'm not.

message 54: by Jamie (new)

Jamie If you decide to return to it one day, I think the worst of it occurs early on in the book. If you can get past that, you may find the rest of the book interesting.

I haven't heard of Broken Skin before, but I hope you find that one more enjoyable.

message 55: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) I got to over p50 Jamie, not sure if that was what you meant. I was finding it hard about her mum and stuff.

I finally received Lover Avenged in the mail. It's the newest addition to the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I started reading it last night and got throught the first 8 chapters. I am enjoying learning more about this character because he was in most of the previous books of the series.

message 59: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Wow! Do you always finish your lists? I guess that is the whole point of having lists, and I do love making them... maybe I should write a list of what I should finish this month, so that maybe I will get more done! What an awesome idea! I am totally going to try it and I will let you know how it goes! :D

message 78: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) I try and do my list, but not always finish them. I have over 800 books to read and I thought this was a good idea lol.

GOOD LUCK for your books xx

message 79: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks Fiona, I will try. Good luck with yours as well... 800 books is a lot!

message 80: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) ahem, I know someone who has 2,000 books I think lol.

message 81: by [deleted user] (new)

Someday I want to have a library in my home. I guess I first need a home and not just an apartment! haha... anyways, I want it to be in a room with a fireplace and good lighting with cumfy-cute furniture... that's my dream anyway!

message 82: by [deleted user] (new)

Hopefully I will be able to do it. My mother-in-law has the perfect set of furniture that she said I could have. Someday, it will happen. Just don't know if it will be anytime soon.

message 83: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) I want a house where I have a library with a reclining chair, a laptop, a lamp and a small sideboard with a kettle, tea, coffee, fridge. I want 4 large bedrooms, all with walk-in wardrobes.

Think mansion Linda on a field lol.

message 84: by [deleted user] (new)

Haha yeah that sounds good! Country mansion? I would need a gardener though. If I spent all my time taking care of the mansion inside and out, I would have no time for reading! Oh!! I also need a hammock. I love to lay out on the hammock and read or just relax. It's so amazing.

message 85: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) Who said we would do housework? We are millionairess's and have servants lol. Too right about the hammock lol.

message 86: by [deleted user] (new)

Haha millionairess's... I like the sound of that! In that case, I will also need a new car in order to go to the bookstore in style!

message 87: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) I have finished Flesh House - Stuart MacBride (Audio) & Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World - Vicki Myron. Will now read Bloodtest - Jonathan Kellerman or A Home for Rose - Jon Katz.

LOL, I will have a chaffeur to drive me around and why would you wanna go to Bookstores when u can order online lol.

message 88: by [deleted user] (new)

Aww... I LOVE going into bookstores! I guess if I had a huge library at home, then I could just order online to fill it and just have fun organizing and reading them...

I think I would also want a minikitchen in my library so I don't have to go to the grand kitchen while I'm reading. Or maybe just a butler who can go to the kitchen for me... *sighs*

message 89: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) We have our dreams hon. Mine would be to be waited hand on foot and dream or in our case READ! lol.

message 90: by [deleted user] (new)

Haha sounds good to me! We should have a dreams folder for our big imaginations! Hehe I will think about that one... :)

message 91: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) Who said I was dreaming. For all you know, I could be a millionairess lol (I WISH).

message 92: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) Nearly finished Blood Test - Jonathan Kellerman. Will read Three Men in a Boat - Jerome K. Jerome.

message 93: by [deleted user] (new)

Haha Of course you could be... Well, if I was a millionairess, I for sure wouldn't be working Monday-Friday 8-5 everday, thats for sure! I would be at home reading!! I live close to the beach, perhaps I would go there for a couple hours everyday to read with the waves in the background... This would only work between noon and 4 I think because it gets rather foggy after that.

message 94: by Fiona (Titch) (new)

Fiona (Titch) Hunt (titch) Finished Blood Test - Jonathan Kellerman.
