Jamie, I would of liked to read it, but cos I am finding it hard to read things like that, I can't.

That's understandable, Fiona. I wouldn't suggest reading something you are uncomfortable with, especially when it deals with such difficult material.
This had been on my TBR shelf since July 2006. I thought I would be over it. But looks like I'm not.
If you decide to return to it one day, I think the worst of it occurs early on in the book. If you can get past that, you may find the rest of the book interesting.I haven't heard of Broken Skin before, but I hope you find that one more enjoyable.
I got to over p50 Jamie, not sure if that was what you meant. I was finding it hard about her mum and stuff.
I finally received Lover Avenged in the mail. It's the newest addition to the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I started reading it last night and got throught the first 8 chapters. I am enjoying learning more about this character because he was in most of the previous books of the series.
Will hopefully finish Broken Skin - Stuart MacBride. Will listen to Flesh House - Stuart MacBride. If I finish Broken Skin before I get to Bookaholic_ros's today, I will carry on reading Blood Test - Jonathan Kellerman til I arrive there to do the audio.
You are so lucky you get to read so often. I wish I had more time to read...
Last nite I finished Broken Skin - Stuart MacBride. I am now listening to Flesh House - Stuart MacBride.

Oh okay. Well, are you enjoying your books?

Wow! Do you always finish your lists? I guess that is the whole point of having lists, and I do love making them... maybe I should write a list of what I should finish this month, so that maybe I will get more done! What an awesome idea! I am totally going to try it and I will let you know how it goes! :D
I try and do my list, but not always finish them. I have over 800 books to read and I thought this was a good idea lol.GOOD LUCK for your books xx
Thanks Fiona, I will try. Good luck with yours as well... 800 books is a lot!
Someday I want to have a library in my home. I guess I first need a home and not just an apartment! haha... anyways, I want it to be in a room with a fireplace and good lighting with cumfy-cute furniture... that's my dream anyway!
Hopefully I will be able to do it. My mother-in-law has the perfect set of furniture that she said I could have. Someday, it will happen. Just don't know if it will be anytime soon.
I want a house where I have a library with a reclining chair, a laptop, a lamp and a small sideboard with a kettle, tea, coffee, fridge. I want 4 large bedrooms, all with walk-in wardrobes. Think mansion Linda on a field lol.
Haha yeah that sounds good! Country mansion? I would need a gardener though. If I spent all my time taking care of the mansion inside and out, I would have no time for reading! Oh!! I also need a hammock. I love to lay out on the hammock and read or just relax. It's so amazing.
Who said we would do housework? We are millionairess's and have servants lol. Too right about the hammock lol.
Haha millionairess's... I like the sound of that! In that case, I will also need a new car in order to go to the bookstore in style!
I have finished Flesh House - Stuart MacBride (Audio) & Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World - Vicki Myron. Will now read Bloodtest - Jonathan Kellerman or A Home for Rose - Jon Katz.LOL, I will have a chaffeur to drive me around and why would you wanna go to Bookstores when u can order online lol.
Aww... I LOVE going into bookstores! I guess if I had a huge library at home, then I could just order online to fill it and just have fun organizing and reading them...
I think I would also want a minikitchen in my library so I don't have to go to the grand kitchen while I'm reading. Or maybe just a butler who can go to the kitchen for me... *sighs*

Haha sounds good to me! We should have a dreams folder for our big imaginations! Hehe I will think about that one... :)
Haha Of course you could be... Well, if I was a millionairess, I for sure wouldn't be working Monday-Friday 8-5 everday, thats for sure! I would be at home reading!! I live close to the beach, perhaps I would go there for a couple hours everyday to read with the waves in the background... This would only work between noon and 4 I think because it gets rather foggy after that.
This is what my kids are readin (incase your interested).DS1 is readin Captain Underpants and the Preposterous Plight of the Purple Potty People - Dav Pilkey, DS2 is readin Billy the Kid - Michael Morpurgo and DD is readin her school books
Oh okay, well good for them! I wish I loved reading when I was younger. I didn't really get into reading until college.
I have dipped into and read Michael Morpurgo's Billy the Kid and Cool!. Now readin The Okinawa Dragon - Nicola Monaghan.
I finally finished I Capture the Castle and am now going to continue on The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. :)
