Hi Karia!I don't think there is a page count minimum for this challenge. Dee will pop in to confirm this, but I'm pretty sure you can use any length, as this is a pretty short challenge.

I have a question, would Until Fountain Bridge work for JoJo's Category - Read a book with something that will extinguish a fire/flame - it can be on the cover or in the title (eg. rain/wind/water/fire extinguisher) (post cover - if needed)? In my head fountains have water so I was thinking yes, but I don't know if that is stretching it too much...

OK, another question... (I will finish one round of this even if it kills me!!) If a book has two authors do both authors' initials have to fit to use it for Katie's Category? For example, can I use Fish & Chips?

Yeah, I was just checking to see if something I'd already read would work. It happens sometimes...
Dee, does the fighting fire aspect have to be the main plot of the book, or does the main characters pulling people out of a burning house as a side event of an investigation count? (I'm currently reading Fired Up (Arcane Society, #7), and the PI and her new client pull another client and his crazy stalker out of his burning house.)
Do they try to put out the fire/investigate at all? Or don't know yet

Or don't know yet"The heroine is investigating the stalker when the stalker sets the house on fire, so they are on scene and save the victim and knock out and remove the stalker as well. It's only about one chapter of the book, though, not the main theme.

We all know that the Tournaments are a popular challenge for the RRRC, but in order to torture you guys, just a little bit more, we are going to go back to a schedule of one tournament a year. But, never fear – in order to tide you guys over for a little while, until the next one starts, we have the Not Quite A Tournament Reading Challenge.
This challenge was created with the help of participants from the Hearts and Tears Tournament. Hina (the winner) came up with the theme and then 4 others were randomly selected out of the finishers.
The goal is simple. There are 5 categories of books below. For each full-cycle you finish (5 books, 1 from each category), you get 5 points. You can read the categories in any order, and even read more than one book from each category. BUT you can’t claim any points until you complete a full-cycle . The winner of the challenge will be the person with the highest number of completed cycles at the end of the 2 month period.
The theme for this challenge (2 months) is Fire and the categories are below.
