I am really sad to see this series concluding, although I am happy to see everyone get a satisfying ending. To be honest, I wasn’t that enamored with either Sin or Con when I met them in Ecstasy Unveiled. I didn’t like the closet hookup, and the uneventful sex; and I wasn’t sure I could buy them falling deeply in love in their book. But, I figured that Ms. Ione would have something up her sleeve to turn things around. And she really did.
Sin is a hard person, toughened and disappointed by life. I can totally understand why. It’s bad enough to be a man who is a slave to his desires, but for a woman, that’s probably even worse. Especially when you have inbred trust issues from having a mother who hated you and wanted you dead. Sex requires intimacy. Intimacy requires trust. Imagine having to have sex daily without being able to trust anyone? That’s Sin’s life. And you know how hypocritical men are about women who ‘sleep around’. It’s fine for a guy, but a woman who does it is a slut, and she doesn’t deserve their respect, and they show it, even though she chooses to share her body with them. I think that sucks. So, yeah, I get Sin’s issues. Surprisingly, I liked her early on in this book, and loved her by the end of the book.
As for Con, I really didn’t like him after the bet he made with Luc. Talking about callous. I think he did have some reason to be unwilling to get involved, but not as much as Sin. Even still, it was good to see him learn to love a woman more than he loved his freedom, or holding onto his belief that he could move on, and change out things in his life at will. Even though he was being Mr. Double Standard by pushing Sin to open up and allow her to feel, but not wanting to commit to anything out of a deep-seated fear of loss. But Con has to learn the hard way that you can’t close yourself off from people out of fear of loss.
I really like how Ms. Ione writes these books. They are highly sexual, but that’s just a layer of the story. Although she writes sex very well, she doesn't leave the romance behind to be forgotten; and there’s so much more going on and to be interested in. This series is about family, about realizing that one has a place in this world, connections. That what you thought about the world being black and white truly doesn’t represent the world very well. The world is so full of shades of gray, and even more, colors. It’s more about perspective than there being one answer, and one path. And love isn’t denied to anyone.

The world-building in this series is out of this world, and it only expanded with each book. However, I am glad that she’s going to take things in a different direction in this same world with the Lords of Deliverance, and I am intrigued with how she introduced that series in this book. I REALLY enjoyed this fifth edition of the Demonica series. Can (Canal?) and Sin were great main characters. Can is a half-werewolf, half vampire, and Sin is Lor’s twin sister, the only female Seminus demon. They make a great pair, especially since Sin reminds me a lot of Tayla and is a very active female lead, leading the assassin’s den at the start of the book. Of course, when everyone in the den wants to take over and the only way to do that is by killing the leader, you have problems. The additional conflict of the werewolf virus/epidemic Sin caused in the previous book was interesting and complicated matters in a great way as now all the werewolves want to kill her.
One thing I found really well-developed in this one was the intricacies of the world-building with regards to All the politics and infighting was lots of fun to read.

Sin has been a very very unlucky girl.
Being the only female Seminus demon, she has lived a very lonely life as a paid top assassin. Until recently only her brother Lore knew about her existence and he was trying to protect her as much as possible.
Lately the other three bothers found out about her and they try to protect her in every cost -especially Shane who has already lost another younger sister.
So, Sin is a Smurfette . I just love the following quote from the previous book “Ecstasy Unveiled”, where Tayla and Wraith are trying to explain to ignorant Eidolon what a Smurfette is:
Tayla cursed under her breath. "I was just explaining to Eidolon that Sin is a Smurfette."
Wraith swung his big body around to study Sin with blue eyes that were very different from Shade's, E's. and Lore's. Sin's, too. "Nah. Smurfette is way hotter."
"What the fuck is a Smurfette?" Eidolon was seriously getting annoyed now.
"There's this cartoon called The Smurfs," Tayla explained, slowly, as though Eidolon were the child here.
"They're these little blue people, and they're all male. But one day a female shows up. She shouldn't exist, but she does."
Eidolon considered that for a second. "How did she get there?"
"An evil wizard named Gargamel made her," Tayla said. "In a lab or something."
"So you're suggesting that an evil wizard made Sin?"
"Of course not, silly. I'm just saying she's a Smurfette. A lone female amongst males."
Eidolon frowned. "Did the Smurfette mate with the males?"
"Dude." Wraith grimaced. "It's a cartoon.”
Sin also has a deadly gift. She can create viruses in order to kill her victims and her enemies. One of her viruses is now out of control. It is a lethal new werewolf virus and Sin has just started realizing how stupid she was when she created it in the first place.
Conall Dearghul is a dhampire (a rear half-werewolf, half-vampire breed) and he is immune to the virus. The only thing that could be relevant to his immunity is that he tasted Sin’s blood, when they had a little fast hookup in a closet at UGH (Underworld General Hospital).
Conall is hot as hell and he is oozing sexyness. He is the perfect much for Sin who has a wicked mouth and hidden golden heart.
The two of them will try to hide since Sin is the most wanted person in the underworld (and not in a nice way), while Eidolon and his team will try to develop a vaccine. Obviously they will fall in love. It is time for Sin to stop being so lonely and for Conall to make sacrifices in order to keep her.
Secondary stories which are included in the book:
- The love story between Luc (Conall’s friend and warg) and Kar (Aegis agent and a girl with many secrets)
-The beginning of the story that is told in next book “Eternal Rider”.
What can I say? This is one of my favorite books in the Demonica series.

Within this series, I think this one might be one of the best books, even though I really like them all.
The Demonica series is amongst my favorite Paranormal Romance series. The world, characters, story lines and romances are unforgivable.
I value and appreciate the relationship between the brothers and the bonds of family that they preserve. In this book, it can clearly be seen how much stronger one can be with the support of your love ones.
Worth it.

This book was more of a caugh in a moment buy, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. And to be honest, I only read the first book in this series, so when I started reading this one I wasn't exactly sure what was going on, since the story starts with the heroine and hero already knowing each other and to say their relationship is simple would be the understatement of the year. They've slept together before, briefly, and since Sin is kinda responsible for the illness that's killing 'his kind' he's not so happy about having to work with her to find the cure. But aside from that, their chemistry is just wow. Leave these two alone for a bit and they can't keep their hands off each other. That's a love-hate relatioship at it's finest. Of course they slowly, very slowly, start to acknowledge their feelings of not only hate and annoyance for each other and I think that's where the relationship took a downfall. Since Conall has to drink her blood to provide a cure, he's also getting addicted to it and the end result is not pretty. Of course he tries to 'save her' from himself but the way he did it is just plain stupid and so unnecessary. He hurts Sin pretty badly and I was so proud of her brothers, the way they reacted, I loved it.
Overall I liked the story but I wanted a good ending that I feel like I've been cheated out on. I'm not sure, if I'm going to continue with this series but it for sure has great potential.

Abso-freaking-lutely AMAZING !!!!
I laughed my ass off at Sin’s self-deprecating humor:
Con slid her a glance, one that was almost approving, and for some reason, she felt like a happy puppy that had been praised for piddling outside instead of on the carpet. Annoying.
And the cover is just like the book...hot, HOT, HAWT!!

As with Lore, I would steal you, if I could. But, once again, my loyalty and love for Rhonda prevents me from doing so. Just know that I love you. Now, I don't want you to suffer, so try not to anguish too much over the fact that I can't have you.
Besides, like I said before, Shade would just be so painfully jealous that I don't think I could handle it.

Throughout this whole book, I felt sad. Not because I hated the book, not because it was an especially sad book, but because it is the last book in the Demonica series. Throughout the whole thing, I kept wishing that more Sem siblings would just come out of nowhere so that there could be more about this awesome family! Alas, no new siblings came out of the woodwork, so I will just have to settle for rereading these five books whenever I need my Sem fix.
That being said, I really did enjoy this book. I don't think it was the best of the series (Ecstasy Unveiled wins, hands down), but it was still great. Particularly because we got to see some of the dynamic between Sin and Con in the previous book, which made me already wonder about them and how their relationship was going to turn out. I really wasn't disappointed. This book was so good and I really enjoyed reading about Con and Sin's adventures and how they helped each other grow, especially emotionally. Also, one thing I really liked about this book was that the main focus was on Sin and Con and their relationship. With the first three, it was the same way but, with Ecstasy Unveiled, too much else was going on around the main storyline that sometimes Lore and Idess got lost in the shuffle. I didn't feel that was the same with this one because, while there were other storylines, such as Luc and Kar, there was much more on Con and Sin.
In general, though, I just love those two. I don't even know what to say about Sin and Con except that I just love them. They were so dynamic together and so funny and cute and I just want them to be so happy! I loved that Sin gave up her assassins' master ring so she could go and be with Con. I love that Con died so he could break the bond he'd formed with her because he didn't want to take her freedom. And I love Con's transformation at the end because I was very upset and distraught over the aforementioned death. I had tears in my eyes and I started swearing. If there hadn't been a way for him to come back, someone would have been getting the Beat Down a la Leah!
Now, here I'm about to be contrary with regards to what I mentioned before. I said before that I wasn't sad throughout the whole book because it was a sad book and, while that's true, this book definitely was sad. First there was Sin Fever, which was killing off wargs left and right, and the guilt that Con forced Sin to face over that, instead of causing herself physical pain. I think that Sin's story in general was pretty fucking sad, and Con's had son sad bits too! But the other really sad thing was the warg wars. It was hard to see them going at each other like that when they should have been banding together and helping each other in their time of need. But, oh well, nothing I can do about it.
I absolutely loved the introduction of the Four Horsemen of the Apoclypse in the series, which will be what Larissa Ione's next series is about. So, now I can't wait for Eternal Rider to come out so I can read that right away!
The side story with Luc and Kar was really sweet and I loved how that all turned out.
And, finally, I just have to say again how much I love Sin's brothers: Eidolon, Shade, Wraith, Lore, and Kynan. (Yes I count Ky as her brother since the other Sems consider him their brother.) They are all just so...fantasmic. I'm gonna miss these guys.

I'm finally writing the review, now that I count with the author's permission,lol. I know there are many of us who are crazy with this series so I'm just too nervous to write a review, specially as it is going to be one of the only ones there will be in here for a while. I hope you like it.
This book is about Sin and Con. They have both already been introduced in the story and have captivated us for a while now. What is great and different in this book from the previous ones in the series is that in this one the heroine is a woman.
I loved Sin and the fact that she was the only woman in her species of demons,lol. She was a bad ass and has the strongest personality. It isn't possible not to love her because you can see from the start that she's the one of all the siblings who needs the most healing of them all. And that's a lot to say, I mean, remember Wraith? She has gone through so much and you just want her to have at least something nice in her life.
And that's when Con comes in. They never thought it would be possible to really care about each other. Con is so hot girls, you don't wanna miss him in this book. This SEXY half wolf half vampire will keep you girls yearning for him. At least I was,lol. And I loved to see how he tried to hide his possessive side knowing it would never be welcomed from a girl who just had suffered so much from possessiveness.
Abut the plot, I can only say that it was very different form the one on the previous stories. New enemies, new situations and problems to confront.New characters as well. If you like were-wolves be prepared for an amazing ride.

Larissa Ione is such a great author that you just can't help to love everything she writes. People if you trust my taste in books, be sure you'll love this one!

The old saying goes, "It's been a great ride" and may I add a damn sexy one too! When I reflect on the Demonica series by Larissa Ione, I feel as warm and sated as a Seminus demon after an incredible romp in a broom closet at Underworld General! There are two authors that unleashed my exuberant love for paranormal romance: J.R. Ward and Larissa Ione. Ms. Ione has the gift of creating an amazing world of demons, vampires, and werewolves that sucks you in for the ride of your life!
Sinead "Sin" Donnelly is a "bad-ass" master assassin, Lore's twin sister and the only female Seminus demon in creation. Like the rest of her siblings, Sin has had more than her share of a hellish past, but her bad luck has just taken an even darker turn. Picking up where Ecstasy Unveiled leaves off, Sin has unintentionally created a deadly virus, labeled "Sin Fever," that is destroying werewolves. Now that the werewolve's Warg Council is aware that Sin started the virus, not only is the Council out to destroy her, but her own den of assassins want to take her out as well. Conall "Con" Dearghul, a hybrid vampire-werewolf (dhampire) and paramedic at Underworld General Hospital, has contracted the virus. He learns that in order produce the antibodies to attack and remove Sin Fever from his body, he has to drink Sin's blood. Initially, Con wants nothing to do with Sin. After their brief sexual encounter in Ecstasy Unveiled, Con cannot forget the feel of Sin's body or the taste of her blood and though he craves more (of both), he knows that if he drinks too much it could destroy them. Sin Undone is an AMAZING story and is hands down the BEST in the Demonica series. Considering I thought the first four books were all 5-star reads, that is saying something! I adore so many aspects of Larissa Ione's style and delivery. The first 50 pages of Sin Undone had me laughing myself silly. "Typhoid Mary" and "Smurfette" were a couple of Wraith's pet names for his sister. Sin's response to Con feeding from her, "I don't let anyone fang me," had me in stitches. And, the unfiltered dialogue between the brothers and Sin is real and off the cuff. Another great attribute is the way Ms. Ione conveys intimacy and sensuality between her characters. The dialogue is certainly part of it, but what strikes me most is the unspoken moments: a light caress to the throat, a gentle lick to seal a wound or rubbing toes with your lover. These moments, woven seamlessly into the story line, are simple, yet all powerful to the reader.
And now to the sex scenes. (Would someone pass me a fan!) Let me tell you that Ms. Ione can write some of the most erotic, steamy sex scenes in paranormal romance! Her scenes generate incredibly sensuous, sizzling heat that torches the pages. And for the record and for the win, Con teaches Sin what it is to "make love" and he demonstrates this with his "extended erotic play" over every part of her body making her his "personal playground." Not only does their first love making moment spike your temperature to combustion, but another particular sexual moment with a snowball was, and I quote, "a-fucking-mazing."
Larissa Ione has the brilliance and finesse of creating a unique paranormal world that does not overwhelm you, but draws you in to the complexity of characters, their high-strung yet sometimes buried emotions, their comedic one-liners and their love for sex! Each character has their own idiosyncrasies, self esteem issues, and the overall desire for acceptance, love and a better world. While I'm sad we've reached the finale of the Demonica series, I praise Ms. Ione for giving it a phenomenal ending and, as a reader, you can't ask for anything more!

Sin Undone is the last book of the Demonica series by Larissa Ione, but it's the first book of hers that I have picked up. I am a big BDB fan and so you know that any other paranormal romance books are usually shit out of luck. It wasn't the case with Sin.
As the only female seminus demon, Sin is up against a whole load of crap from the beginning. Her touch is deadly and has the potential to wipe out an entire species of warg. Her own assasins are after her position as master. And it seems that every other person out there wants her dead too.
Except Con.
Con is such a great character. He has that sexy predatory thing going on with Sin, but it's not there in the beginning. In fact, at the start of the book, they practically despise each other. Their continual banter is also very amusing to watch. In addition to their jabbing, they also help each other to face their demons within themselves. They open each other up in a way that exposes everything about them, and yet they can still love each other after that. Perhaps even more now.
Another great love is seen between Luc and Kar. Kar has many secrets, some of which Luc knows and others he doesn't. But given the dire circumstances they are in, Luc finally stands up. He becomes more responsible and in the end, I think him and Kar make a great couple.
I loved Ione's dark wit and mindblowing worldbuilding. It's hard to find an author who can integrate politics without having it taking control of the characters. She is able to set up a situation and she lets her characters figure it out. There is no straining and pulling that makes the character look as if they have suddenly grown a pair and become this master killing machine. The growth in character is gradual, but still very much evident. Ione is great at what she does.
And the excerpt for Eternal Rider? Can I just say what a way to start a new series? Fantastic idea, hot men and lots of kickass fighting in the very first chapter. I love it already! I am super excited about this one!

2011 Re-Read
Conall: n. Hot as hell, viking sexyness, half vampire half shifter. He has the best of all worlds wrapped up in one. (And me wrapped around his finger!)
Sinead: n. Total bad ass chick. Sex demon, full time assassin, and the cause of the Apocalypse! My favorite heroine in this series!
I LOVED THIS BOOK! Even more the second time around. There was plenty of action, emotions, romance, steamy scenes and world-changing events.
Sin Fever is killing the warg population, except it's only affecting turned wargs, a little known fact discovered by our hot resident demon doctor Eidolon, and they are trying to keep quiet about it so they don't start a war between born and turned wargs.
Con is torn between having to fulfill a role in the dhampire council and is assigned the role of guinea pig to find a cure for Sin Fever. His body might be creating certain defenses by drinking her blood. But how much more of it can he have before he becomes addicted? And being in close proximity with Sin might be bad for his health. He had a taste of her, body and blood, and now that's all he can think of! All he wants. And isn't it just so convenient that while they are alone together, and he has to protect her, even from her own assassins, he also has to satisfy her demon urges.
Sin and Con will rock your world! They will have you excited, mad, panting, moaning and crying! This was such an emotional ride, and I never wanted it to end!
I'm soooo sad this is the last book in this series, even though there's a spinoff series... I'll miss everyone at Underworld General and all my favorite people! WAR was introduced a bit in this book, and the setup for the next series was laid out, and it all just sounds intriguing. Of course, you have to hate Sin sometimes, she got both hotties! Con AND War! Not fair!!!

Loved this book, there was plenty of action, emotion, romance, steamy scenes, and as always, you get such a good view into everyone's point of view to really be able to get into the whole Demonica World. I'm soooo sad this is the last book in this series, even though there's a spinoff series... I'm guessing we won't get to see too much of Underworld General and all my favorite people!!!!! Please keep them in some way in the next books!!!!! I love Larissa Ione's writing style, the humor put into the dialog. This was the best book in the series! And I LOVED the previous ones!

When we last saw Sin, she'd taken over the assassain's den to hlep save her brother Lore and his angel Idess. Now she's stuck in the den, because any time she leaves, she'll have a giant target on her back. Anyone who wants her power would have to kill her to get it, but if she stays in her den, she's safe from any violence. Unfotunately she can't stay in there forever.
I really loved Con and Sin together, and I liked breaking through Sin's "tough-guy" exterior to her gooey center. Con was an excellent match for her, and the glimpses he'd see of Sin, you know, the kind that would make him want to know more about her, they made ME want to know more about her as well.
I liked seeing Sin finally embracing her new brothers, not just keeping them at arm's length. And I enjoyed seeing the side storyline of Luc and Kar. I really REALLY love how Larissa Ione will have a side story of characters who we get to see throughout, kind of like Gem and Kynan. We get invested in them and care, just as much as we do about her main characters.
There was just so much happening but I never felt confused, which was nice. I also liked a few scenes dealing with the born vs. turned wargs. And in one scene, Sin reminds Con that he won't get special privileges if he beats up on her brother. I won't tell what those privileges are, but it was my favorite part of the book. It diffused the tension and cracked me up. Love Sin's sense of humor.
I was sad to see this be the end of the Demonica series, but I am so super excited for the next series. we got a mini little intro into that storyline towards the end...and I just adored seeing Con get possessive over Sin when War came in to the hospital. Best scene ever.

If story writing was like cooking, Larissa Ione would make The Food Channel itself her bitch with the Demonica series alone.
Another book that made me wish that life would just stop for three days so I could devote all all time to reading. But what matters is that it is done and the final verdict? Larissa is the bomb. BOOM!
Ok, the book is dealing mostly with the werewolf civilization because our leading man is Dhampire (half-wolf, half-vampire). Now, ever since Stephanie Meyer's Breaking Dawn, I've rolled my eyes at "half and halfs"...except when it comes to my coffee *grins*. Authors tend to make those characters an unnecessary extra special that usually make me want to release the contents in my stomach, so to speak.
When it comes to Miss Ione, let's just say she deserves your trust at this point. If she were to present a half owl, half human with gargoyle blood to me, I would trust her to take that and make it into something fabulous. Because since the first two books alone, she earned it and no, she did not disappoint. You can relate to these people, in some way.
I even fell in love with a warg in this book who barely spoke but with the little information I knew, I just got him.
One thing I've learned from this book is that wargs (werewolves) and Sem demons are practically made for each other. Sexed UP. You can really tell that this woman just truly sat down and thought "Ok, if there were really such and such, what would their civilization be like? What would they be like?" and she nails it like a hunky carpenter on a hot El Paso day.
After reading Gena Showalter's The Darkest Lie, I was upset because of the leading lady, Scarlet, was a quite tragic example of a ideal romance partner. But again I trusted Larissa to create another awesome female. And let me just say, I love Sin. She just very well be my favorite character out of all the romance books I've read so far. If she were real, she would go on my "Only chicks would go lesbo for" list. She's just that cool. She's sharp tongued, you can learn from her and damn it, she keeps it real. A lovable hard ass.
I'm sad that these books have to come to an end. I have truly fallen in love with these brothers, and now sister, as if they were real. At least we'll have another shot with the upcoming Lords of Deliverance book. WOOP!

Okay, I wasn’t a fan of Ava Camille Edwards narration. She isn’t a terrible narrator, but the guys didn’t sound much like guys to me. And such a sexy book needed a touch of “guyness” in it. It was okay. Larissa’s writing compensated. I didn’t hate it, but it wasn’t the best either.

Audio Review
Okay, I wasn’t a fan of Ava Camille Edwards narration. She isn’t a terrible narrator, but the guys didn’t sound much like guys to me. And such a sexy book needed a touch of “guyness” in it. It was okay. Larissa’s writing compensated. I didn’t hate it, but it wasn’t the best either.

Book five in my reread marathon and we finally get to experience Sin’s story she’s the final sibling and only female Seminus demon in existence. In events preceding this book, we see Sin unintentionally trigger an epidemic of disease managing to start a deadly plague affecting Wargs that is now raging out of control and currently with zero survivors and so far there is no cure.
Together with Con a Dhampire, who has prior history with Sin embarks on a quest to attempt to neutralise and somehow attempt a cure using her own unique gift. This is further all complicated by the number of individuals that currently have Sin marked for death. This girl has enemies everywhere and Con along with her new demon family is her only protection. This book kickstarts the coming story arc with the four horsemen and Sin is the beginning of that first broken seal prophesied in the upcoming conflict. Her epidemic is the catalyst for the end of days the forecast apocalypse.
Sin’s life has been far from an easy one and she has developed a hard exterior to cope. She’s not used to relying on outside assistance or trusting anyone and she uses her abrasive nature to keep all at a distance. Con soon realises he has her pegged all wrong his assumptions are so far from the mark it’s unreal. He can’t help digging deeper to discover the real woman hiding under the camouflage he’s from a secretive species that is prone to blood addiction and also has some prior obligations which means he also knows that their future is on separate paths no matter how much he now wishes this was otherwise. With so many obstacles to overcome and the odds stacked but not in their favour Sin and Con attempt to stay one step ahead of all of Sin's many enemies. During the course of their intense exposure, the two fall deeper but with an uncertain future it’s not looking good.
This was as usual well written and this series has such fabulous immersive world-building. This was an easy addictive read and a decent addition to the series. I didn’t enjoy it as much as some of the others but I think that may be for the most part due to Sin’s prickly abrasive nature. It was still a good read I’ve just rated and appreciated others much higher than this particular one.
I’m now looking forward to rereading the Horsemen books as I remember how much I initially loved them though I can’t remember that much about them to be fair it’s been a while. That does mean it should all feel fresh and new which is a definite bonus. I totally recommend and rate this series highly and it’s one I definitely recommend reading.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe this series is over!!! I WANT MORE E, MORE SHADE, MORE WRAITH, MORE LORE, MORE CON!!!!!!!!!!!!
There aren't enough words in the English dictionary for me to accurately describe how much I love this series. It was truly magnificent! From the storyline which kept me turning the pages LATE INTO the night, the sex scenes which kept my husband wondering and deliriously happy, (my husband thanks you Larissa!)to the O..EM..............GEEEEE gorgeous demons this series has and had my visuals running amok, and the happily ever afters that I love so much, I'm sitting here writing this review KNOWING that after I hit the send button, I'm going to read ALL of the books over again, in order, slowly so I can savor every word.
Sin Undone, the last book in this series, is every bit as good as all the rest of them and that is a VERY hard thing to do. Usually in a series, there are the GREAT reads and there are the ones that are just "ok", the ones you MUST read to get to the next book in the line.
NOT this series. Each of the books are equally fantastic. The story wrapped up nicely, EVERYONE got their much deserved happily ever after and also gave us a teaser at the end for the next series coming out which I can't wait to read.
I would LOVE to read another Demonica book, maybe after the new series, that catches us up on everyone. Some sort of Christmas short story, I don't know just want more of them. lol (hint, hint Larissa!)

I liked it and Sin was good at being a badass, Con was hot, but I liked Lore's book more. Maybe Sin is too abrasive or I was tired of all her baggage by the time I got to her book, idk. It also could be because Lore was trying his whole book and Sin, meh, she was passing through life. Also, the whole plot with the wargs/werewolves was so drama drama llama. Those werewolves are all big drama queens.

This is Sin’s and Conall story. She is the sole seminus female and sister to the 4 guys from previous books but also an assassin. Con is a dhampire(half vamp half warg) and works at the UG. They had a one sex session in the previous book, but neither thought the experience will be repeated. Now Sin is Hunted not only by her assassins for the title of den master but also by wargs for the epidemic she started when she infected one warg in the previous book.
All book in this series are fast paced, hot and unputdownable. To be honest is just getting better and better. I love all this characters and i love that we are given side stories about other couples (Luc and Kar).
Now when everyone thought they ll get a pause from all the shitshow following them apparently is just getting worse.
Can’t wait for the Horseman😏😏.

Now that I finished this, a part of me wonders why it took me this long to start it in the first place! Oh, what a wonderful addition -and partly an end- to this series.
This one was about Sin, the Smurfette -Oh Wraith!-, and Con, the half werewolf half vampire dream-come-true. Do I need to make it clear that I love him? No? Alright then.
I absolutely loved this story. It had emotions, strength, love, battle, friendship, sibling love and loyalty. And probably some more. We already knew a bit about Con and Sin from the previous book where they had a brief -and hot!- encounter but with this book we got to learn a lot about their characters and their pasts that shaped them to this day.
I was under the impression that Con was the kind of guy who's old and in control and demanding but he blew me away in this book. Sure, he's tough and has this impressive aura that gives away vibes of danger and sex but he's also very scarred and detached and vulnerable. He's of a species that few know about and are scared of so I think that's why he's able to connect with Sin better than anyone else. He's immediately drawn to her sexually and let's face it, no surprise there, but soon realizes that he wants more and that his desire for her goes deeper than the physical. It always makes me happy to read a guy like him to fall and fall hard for a woman.
Sin is not so different. She's spent her life at the hands of others, meeting their demands, prisoned. All she ever wants is her freedom and up until the very end of the book, even after she becomes the master assassin, she's not truly free. If she's not bound to someone else, she's limited by her own actions. She refuses to feel at all because in her world that's a weakness you pay with your life. I felt so bad for Sin, she was a true fighter, a very strong female and I admired her courage throughout the book.
The relaitonship Con and Sin had was a delight to read, it gradually increased from physical attraction under the circumstances to a tender connection, devotion and love. And it couldn't have been more believable and better told. With every paragraph, every chapter I could see how they were becoming closer and closer to each other and to a fate that would bind them forever.
Talking about relationships, I have to say I loved the one the siblings had here. The devotion they had for each other was just very beautiful. Especially the part where they all thought Con was dead and while Sin had her breakdown, how they held her so close..*sigh* Yeah, I'm a sucker for emotion so sue me.
There were many laugh out loud moments in this one. I realized I enjoy Larissa Ione's sense of humor, she cracked me up on many occasions. When Shade came to see Con after he was trying to detox on his own and offered a bag of Sin's blood to him, does anyone remember what happened? Yes, ladies, that's the scene. If you're anything like me that part of the book is etched to your brains as well, it was flat out hilarious! Damn, Ione, you sure know how to play a girl's mind! :)
I loved the whole big family thing, I'm glad all the Sem brothers and sister all found their one and only and finally came together and now have their much deserved one big happy family picture. I'm looking forward to the updates about them in the future books, kinda wish to read about Lore and Idess' baby -another wonderful moment when he asked his brothers about that, aww- and if, and yes please, Tayla gets pregnant.
I gotta admit, I wasn't very familiar about the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, so I'm going to look that up since that's the storyline for the spinoff series. I did enjoy the exerpt though, I love it when an author takes something and makes it their own.
Let me see, there are probably some stuff that I forgot to mention even though I freaked out about them while reading. Well, no need to say this but there were some pret-ty nice love scenes in this one. As some of my friends pointed it out to me, I will never be able to look at playing in the snow the same way I did before this book. Snowballs and rolling around in the snow has forever changed for me.
ps. I knew I'd forget about something. LUC! How could I have forgotten about the smexy werewolf after I wished him to have a HEA of his own?! And I did freak out about his HEA! I was so so happy to read that he found someone too, and a baby yes!, I really loved that guy. The part where he thought to himself that Kar looked 'adorable' in his socks and right before I read him mindslap himself I thought 'why, Luc, since when do you call anyone adorable??' lol.

Outstanding! Excelent Writing. I so enjoyed this story and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves paranormal reads. It was full of powerful emotions and lots of action - I actually teared up at the sad shocking times and my smile got so big with tears in my eyes at the happy moments. The humor kept me on the edge of my seat as I laughed out loud. I didn't want to put it down.
The romance and erotica scenes were hot, I loved the chemistery between Sin and Con. The following statement gives you an idea about what the book is about:
"She of mixed blood who should not exist, carries with her the power to spread plague and pestilence. When battle breaks, Conquest is sealed. Isagreth 3:17 Daemonica"
I loved how Larissa Ione kept the other characters - Eidolon (Dr Demon) & Tayla (Demon/human), Shade (Demon/Warg - werewolf) & Runa (Warg), Wraith (Demon/Vampire) & Serena (Vampire/Human, Lore (Demon/human)& Idess (Angel/human, Kynan (angel/human) & Gem (Demon) involed, their roles were so awesome and I loved how close nit they all became.
Also, I loved the other characters in this story such as Luc (Warg - Were-wolf) & Kar (Feast Warg - were-wolf) - their story was very touching.
This is my favorite book in the series.

I can hardly wait for it to come out.

Best. Book. In. The. Series. Flat out! Larissa outdid herself with this one. I laughed, I cried and I didn't want it to end. I wanted to read about all of the brothers, their wives and other family forever. From the first page to the last page I was enthralled with this story.
This book was beautifully written and really showcases Larissa Ione's talent as a writer. Well done.
ETA: Sin and Con were perfect for each other. They mirrored each other and each one saved the other. I think they are my favorite couple of this series, which is fitting because this was my favorite book of the series. :-)

This is the final installment in the Demonica series and it follows Sin, the only female and Seminus demon and Conall a dhampir who works in UGH as a paramedic. In the previous book Sin had unknowingly caused a highly contagious disease that is killing more and more wargs across the globe, in this she is on the run from various factions trying to kill her with just the protection of Conall and her newly found brothers Eidolon (*sighs*) Shade, Wraith and Lore. But Con is slowly getting through the barriers to Sin's heart even though he knows it will end in tradegy because of a fatal flaw in his race.
It took me a while to get into this one, but after the first 100 pages I started to really get into it. Although I found Sin a bit annoying in the previous books, she really grew on me in this one as you get to know her and see her begin to trust her (hot) demon brothers and Con. Con was okay, he didn't capture me the same way that other heroes has, I think Sin was the more memorable and most well drawn character out of the two. I think I may be in the minority in that opnion, but for me he was a but forgettable!
I liked that the plot at the end of this one was quite open ended, in regards of another series especially as it looks like it will involve the four horsemen, which I find very interesting. And although it left it open ended in that regard all the issues with the different characters and couples were resolved, we even saw a HEA for Luc the surly paramedic that works at the UG, which I thought was a nice secondary romance.
I don't think that this series will even be one of my favourites, the characters in it although I liked them most the time didn't stand out and grab me and the plots could be a bit predictable. But I have enjoyed the world that Larissa Ione has created it is an interesting world of demons, humans, angels and everything in between and I hope that her Lords of Deliverance series is just as good, or better then this one.

And that my friends in a single paragraph sums up why this book rocked my world! This was Iones best yet!- Yes, I know I have said that about every book, but this time I'm serious - The pages were leaping out with action, erotic sex and palpable danger.
Con - where do I start? Easily takes the cake on the hottest demon out there. And to have reigned in and tamed Sin, well that alone desereves FIVE stars.
Sin, well she is just 'decadently sinful' -pun intended- she is sexy, dark and unwillingly emotional.
I cant even bring myself to talk about the stoyline. My big mouth would give to much away. But what I can say is that whole Demonica series has been an emotional rollercoaster but damn am I glad that I have been a part of it.
Im sad that this is the final book. Personally I feel that there could have been alot more books. Characters such as Luc, Reaver and Arik. I would have loved to have been able to explore them alot more.
Hopefully there will be some spinoffs in the future.

I started this book with really high expectations, and they were met. I absolutely loved it, I loved Con and Sin together. A kick ass heroine should have a hero that is at least her equal, or better! Ione paired these two up perfectly! Those of you that have come to know and love the Demonica series will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!

This has to be one of the best books I have ever read.
I absolutely loved, loved, loved it. Sin is so feisty, Con is just so god dam sexy, Wraith is so funny and I just love the whole Demon Brothers. I would love to be working at UG!
This story had everything I love, romance, excitement, tears, SEX and great SEX.

Conall & Sin
Why do I hate the female character but love the male almost every time? Well, in this book, hate is a strong word for Sin. While I didn't hate her, she did annoy me sometimes.
She did such a big shit, I mean, she did start the Apocalypse after all... She has big problems with trusting people and letting them help her with anything. I mean, I love that she wants to be an independent woman, I am all in for that!

I love it when female characters don't wait for males to help them and get them out of shit, but she was way too over the line in some moments, and it just pissed me off. She didn't want to talk with her brothers, didn't even want to see them and all they wanted was to be there for her during hard times. Not a big deal in my opinion, but whatever. So, while I loved her independent side, the hate towards her brothers annoyed me, because it was without reason and made no sense to me.
I love Conall, he is amazing! Funny, charming, mysterious, etc. Everything I want in a male character. He & Sin are a favorite couple in this series, even though Sin annoys me sometimes.

Sin is the only female Seminus demon alive who is also master assassin. She has never counted on anyone but herself, including her twin brother Lore. Sin also has a raging libido but can control it because of her tattoo on her right arm called the dermoire. Sin must stay ruthless and show no sign of weakness. But she's been feeling guilty lately because she is responsible for unleashing a virus that's killing wargs, better known as werewolves. If she and her half-brothers, who work at Underground General, a supernatural hospital, can't stop the plague they have named Sin Fever (after her), it will destroy the wargs and may jump to other creatures and perhaps even humans.
Paramedic Conall Dearghul is half-werewolf, half vampire, known as a dhampire. He and Sin acted on their physical attraction once. But as soon as Sin was done with him, she pushed him away. Conall is more than bent out of shape about Sin treating him like dirt, but he can't stop thinking of her. He may just get more than he bargains for when he and Sin team up together to stop the virus.
Not only do they have to stop this deadly virus, but Sin has to stay on her toes since she has been marked for death. And Conall is being forced to take his seat on the Warg Council and fulfill his dhampire duties where he must mate with the females to build up their population. Soon he and Sin are on the run, hiding from those that want to eliminate them both. Sin refuses to become a victim since she has been one before. Conall wants her to lean on him for support and show her that it's alright for her to feel and love.
Sin Undone is the final book in Larissa Ione's Demonica series that fans will not want to miss. Please give me a moment while I mourn because this series is just too good to end. I had joked that Larissa loves to make her heroes suffer (mainly through their physical reaction to sex. The phrase, "blue balls" comes to mind. Larissa is evil like that and I thank her for it)
Sin is haunted by both her past and present, and has no choice but to become cold hearted and sometimes cruel in order to survive. She has killed in the past and will do so again with no remorse. But of course there is more to her than meets the eye. When Conall comes into her life and forces her to reflect on her actions, that's where she begins to forgive herself and those horrendous deeds she was forced to do. She has a true support system from family, friends and even with Conall who wants her as his. Conall doesn't want to own Sin or force her to please him for his own gains. As they come to rely on one another, he sees how special she is, and Sin in turn opens her heart to him. And the passion and sex between is hotter than hot. Larissa Ione writes good sex. Her sex scenes are some of the hottest I've read in a paranormal romance series. You can practically taste the lust and desire Conall and Sin have for one another. These two have great chemistry even as they hurl insults at one another.
Sin Undone doesn't disappoint and makes way for yet a new set of characters and books, in her soon to be released Lord of Deliverance series.
Thank you Larissa for giving us kick ass heroine, alpha, yet protective heroes who make women sigh in lust and a series that has raised the bar for what a paranormal should embody.

"4.5 stars" Sin Undone, the fifth full-length installment of Larissa Ione’s Demonica series, picks up where events left off in the previous book. We started getting to know Sin and Conall in Ecstasy Unveiled. Sin is the full-blooded, twin sister of Lore, the hero of that book, while Con is a dhampire paramedic who works at Underworld General Hospital. This pair had an inauspicious beginning when they engaged in some sexcapades in a supply closet as part of a bet that Con made with his warg EMT partner, Luc. For various reasons, Sin and Con begin this story at odds with each other. They both have pretty intensely alpha natures, which leads to a lot of head-butting, but they also gradually find someone they can trust in each other, something neither has had an easy time with in the past. At the end of Ecstasy Unveiled, we also discovered that Sin had unintentionally created a werewolf virus with her “gift” that is decimating the warg population, and we get to see the fall-out from that in this book. A warg civil war breaks out between the borns and the turneds, complete with political intrigue, while Sin’s half-brother, Eidolon, races to find a cure for the virus. Plus everyone under the sun seems to be out to get Sin. It all made for another masterfully-plotted, edge-of-your-seat read in this series.

She was eventually found and enslaved by an assassin master for the next hundred years or so. Then in the previous book, she got free of him and became a master herself. However, all of her assassins covet her job, leaving only a handful of places where she’s safe from them possibly trying to kill her to take over. On top of that, after accidentally creating the warg virus, the werewolves are now out to get her as well. Eidolon still thinks she’s their best hope of a cure, so they have to keep her alive, but it won’t be easy. Then Con enters the picture. As a half-werewolf, he’s a carrier of the disease but isn’t infected yet, so Eidolon wants Con to feed from Sin so that he can study how Con’s blood reacts to hers in his effort to find a cure. Unfortunately, dhampires are prone to blood addictions and after only one taste of Sin’s blood, Con can already feel himself heading down that path, making him a danger to her as well. Eventually Con and Sin end up on the run together, trying to avoid all the people who are after them while also attempting to get ahead of the virus. Of course, as a Sem, Sin needs sex in order to survive, so Con, as the only male around, ends up with the pleasure of servicing her needs, leading to a gradual realization of their feelings for one another.
For the first half or so of the book, Sin is a pretty hard-ass female. She’s spent so long with no one to rely on but herself that she’s reluctant to trust anyone. Not to mention, the things she’s had to do to stay alive have hardened her as well. For most of her life, she’s killed for a living and sex is something she’s only done for survival but not for true pleasure. As a result, she’s had to shut down her emotions as a matter of survival, too. I often have trouble connecting with alpha heroines, and for a while that was true of Sin as well. Eventually the reader is shown some of the chinks in her armor as the deaths from the virus she created begin to take their toll on her psyche. When we learn more about her past and her vulnerabilities, I started to connect with her better. She’s still very different from me and therefore a little harder for me to relate to, but I at least felt like I understood what made her tick even if I didn’t always agree with her.
Conall is a dhampire – half-werewolf, half-vampire – who works as an EMT at UGH. I wasn’t quite sure what to think of him at first. After all, he did have sex with Sin on little more than a bet in the previous book, and he begins this book extremely angry with her over the virus she created that’s decimating his relatives. So initially he’s not being a very nice person. However, that all begins to change when he and Sin end up on the run together. Then he’s able to start showing her more kindness and gentleness. As he gets to know her, he realizes just how much she’s been through in her life and he feels some guilt for contributing to that. He also recognizes that Sin has shut down emotionally and helps her open back up again. As Con’s feelings for her grow, so do his protective instincts, and as his blood addiction for her strengthens, that means protecting her from himself as well. Admittedly, some of the time, Con was a touch too alpha for my taste, but he has enough gentler moments for me to generally like him anyway.
As with all of the Demonica books, there are supporting characters aplenty. All of the original three Seminus brothers, Eidolon (Pleasure Unbound), Shade (Desire Unchained), and Wraith (Passion Unleashed) and their families appear. Of course the boys are playing over-protective big brother to Sin, while also working to help find a cure and keep the supernatural world from falling apart. Then there’s Sin’s twin, Lore (Ecstasy Unveiled), who is equally as protective of her. In fact, he still harbors some guilt over leaving her when they were younger. Con’s partner, Luc, who is a warg, is hiding out in an attempt to isolate himself from the virus. I think Luc may be even more alpha than Con, which is a tough feat to pull off. But he has to dig deep and find a little kindness when Kar, a woman from his past shows up, needing his help. I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last of these two, as it’s looking like their romance may play out in secondary format in the same way Kynan and Gem’s did in the previous books. As leaders of the Aegis Guardians and the R-XR respectively, Kynan and Arik (Immortal Rider) make appearances. Then there are all the warg leaders who each have their own agendas and are doing a whole lot of political jockeying. Finally, we’re briefly introduced to the concept of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, along with the first of those, War, who will become the hero of the next book, Eternal Rider.
The strange thing about the Demonica series is that I don’t always relate as well to the heroes and heroines as I do to the characters in many other romances, but still I keep giving these books high ratings and coming back for more. Why is that, you might ask? Well it’s a testament to Larissa Ione’s superb writing skills. These books are always incredibly well-plotted with lots of edge-of-your-seat suspense. Many times throughout reading these stories, I’ve found myself thinking that the author has painted herself into a corner and all is certainly lost. Yet she always surprises me with a unique and interesting twist that gets her characters to that all-important HEA ending. On top of that, the world building is excellent as well, and relatable or not, there’s still something about the characters that make me want to see them again in future volumes. For all these reasons and more, I’m hooked on this series. From here, it appears that a new story arc is beginning with the Lords of Deliverance spin-off that is still considered part of the Demonica world. From the way things ended in Sin Undone, it’s looking like the entire world may be imperiled and on the verge of apocalypse, so I eagerly look forward to seeing what happens next.
