In Double Time (not really a spoiler but some people don't like knowing these details ahead of time), (view spoiler) It was all a little too convenient. I think it should have been a m/m book instead of a menage.["br"]>["br"]>

I have to say, though, the woman can do steam.

Stacia, i'm sad to hear u didn't like Trey's book. he's my fav character in the series. i was anticipating a great read from that one. i'm on Eric's bk now and Trey is next. i know his bk is a threesome, but ur thoughts on it needing to be a m/m sounds good. especially considering how much he loves Brian.

oh yes, she sure can do steam =D

Excellent! Yeah, book three just sucked me right in.

I liked Jacob, just that the romance evened out into a relationship without a lot of drama later on. Which was nice.

Men who treat women like idiots!
Portrait of a Dead Guy
It's all, Now don't you worry your pretty little head missy. (that's not a quote, but it might as well be)
When she isn't playing the doormat in the school play, there is enough that I like that I'll probably finish it.
Fans of Historical Romance...let me just say, The Duke's Holiday is amazing! Drop a duke with OCD into one of his estates which has been run quite well by a woman with mismatched eyes who wrestles pigs. Then let the laughs begin.

Ian, I think that should be the official synopsis for the book! I'd totally read it based on that. The actual one - eh, maybe.

Seriously! It's no wonder people went from books made of paper to digital copies! It's surprising that the old technology lasted over 1500 years.

Going to start

Tellulah they are, this is where they get really good. They get better and better too.

Oh you finished them all, already? You may enjoy her Mnvermind series too -- she is still writing #3 which will be the conclusion.

Thanks. I'll check it out.

Oh...Jilly just read that and wasn't all that impressed. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts. I love the 'turning her life around after being mistaken for a prostitute' part of the synopsis....but the rich guy / poor girl thing and setting it in Seattle kind of makes me want to puke.

I didn't really get a rich guy/poor girl vibe off it. Her family wasn't poor. She'd just made some life decisions that hadn't gotten her anywhere financially yet. And Seattle could be a filler for anywhere. What did bug me was that in the first half she veered between super sunny and self-denigration. But it got past that. And really, I was so happy that the book was actually funny that I was willing to forgive a lot.
