No. There has to be a URL. What I did for the find the cover challenge is i created a photobucket account. I can upload the pictures on there, then use their urls in my posts.
oh I see ok my husband is home for the weekend and he's good at this stuff so he's going to show me how to do it tomorrow its like 11:00 here so I'm heading to bed soon but I will be here tomorrow I get the house to myself everyone is going mushroom hunts
I was looking through the members that we have and it seems that at least half of our members have not even made a single comment! I think that we should send a message out to our group and try to urge some of the members to at least introduce themselves and perhaps join in the discussion! That could maybe improve the member participation?
Maybe we could have a different main challenge (like the Find the Cover Challenge is now) where the winner gets to choose the next month's BOTM.
At the moment, these are the books I should be getting from Libboo this week:
Those are the ones that I have over 20 buzz hits for.
Scratch that I just check and apparently I have 4 freebies. LOL weird. They are
I have 3 copies of Life As We Knew It, 2 for seeds of discovery and the rest are just one.
Mine are Embrace, Lost In Thought, My OnlyStained, Willow, and Legacy of a Dreamer. The Find a Cover Challenge ends in two days. I want to give some freebies to those that have stuck with the challenge.
Ok Lisa Morgan just messaged me to let me know she's having a big giveaway at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lisa-C... I have no clue where to put it but I saw a 100$ gift certificate for amazon which is really good so if someone wants to put the link where the members could find it that would be great she's an awesome person and likes to give back
Uhhh you could put make a discussion and then post the link in it and then stick it in the new folder. if you have any questions just ask away. :)
So at the start of every month I start to change the BOTMs and create the new discussions, so could you guys also help if you have the time? Could you do one for one of the BOTMs preferably if you have read it. Thanks :)
I was thinking should we give some books away? I have freebies on Libboo and I don't want to waste them so yea.... :) We are aproaching 333 members currently at 323, could do something for that.
Jenny wrote: "But apparently the page doesn't work"I know I posted than went to it and it said it was broken so I have messaged lisa to find out what is going on but she has a lot going on right now her dads house burnt down so I don't know when I will hear from her
so I just saw something on another group and it gave me an idea I know we did a poll on roll play but what if we did something a little different we pick a series that is complete and we continue it different people would take different characters and we would do out own book sort of what does everyone think
I just read one on a lux group and it was really good there was pretty much only two people doing it but every time they stopped the group cheered them on it was really good not sure what series we would do maybe we could let the members vote on which book we could do but it would have to be a series that is complete
so pretty much nobody was against it so it may work even if we keep it going there are a couple of people on during my day that I go back and forth with that may be up for it I can ask them
I will prob do it when I get back I'm leaving with my husband to go on the road next week so I won't be on as much next week and I don't want to start something and not be here to keep in going
oh my I will try to be here I get internet when we stop so I may be able to be on a little I hate leaving Kaitlin by herself
I am going to see if I can put goodreads on my phone so I can keep up a little I have an IPhone so I should be able to do that and I will be sitting in the truck all day so it shouldn't be a problem
And about roleplay I guess we'd have to do something quite well-known like Harry Potter or Percy Jackson. Or we could have a theme like a paranormal school. Or assassins etc.
I'm actually on a four day weekend right now. I guess next week will be a pretty slow week. I have two AP tests within the next two weeks, so I'll be doing a lot of studying and homework. I then have a big research essay I have to turn in at the end of the month. Plus, there's a few events going on throughout the month. I won't truly be unbusy until the last day of school
Jenny and I are not even in the middle of our school year yet. Today is the last day of our holidays :(.
our school year ends at the end of this month so I will be a little busy with all the kids home and the gardens lol
yep and my flowers are all blooming I love it and its finally warm I thought it would never be warm again

1. Copy and paste the image html (from "some html is ok" next to "add book/author."
2. Delete the example link inside the quotation marks that are a part of the html.
< img src="http://www.goodreads.com/image..." width="40" height="100" alt="description" /> --> < img src="" width="40" height="100" alt="description" />
*I added spacing at the beginning and the end so the html would show up as it is.
3. Copy and paste the URL of the photo I want to post inside those quotation marks.
4. Adjust the height and width.
5. Click "post."
