Thank you so much Elizabeth. There's a lot I want to read on there. I'm definitely going to read
The Seduction of Elliot McBride (Highland Pleasures, #5) by Jennifer Ashley . And since I want to get through both these series in 2013, I'm going to try to get to A Hunger Like No Other (Immortals After Dark, #2) by Kresley Cole & Lover Revealed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #4) by J.R. Ward (I just have to reread Zsadist & Bella's story first). I'm also considering a couple of the others, I'll have to see how February goes.

Hahaha well I'm glad! And if you need one you haven't read for 1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character..., Angela above just gave me inspiration.

The Sun Witch by Linda Winstead Jones is the first in a witchy 9-book series comprised of 3 trilogies. Jones also just announced she's going to return to the series and begin another book, hopefully the first of another trilogy. This was the very first romance book I read. :) My friend loaned me the book, then I went out and bought the whole series.

(This is of course assuming it wasn't a pre-GR read for you.) Hahahaha

Yz the Whyz (whyz) | 9327 comments Hi Jane(PS)!

Anyway, I've put together a hodgepodge of books (most of them from your list or what I think you'll like). Hope you'll find something interesting.

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character

2. Recommend a New Author
Wes and Toren by J.M. Colail or Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews

message 210: by Sue (new)

Sue (knitwitsl) | 226 comments Hi Kristi (Passion for the page)!

I had fun going over all of your books. I choose four from your "to read own" shelf and four new ones for you. I hope you like one of these picks.

1. Virginal Character
For this one, I selected The Thorn Birds. It looks like you have read older romances and this was on your shelf. It took me a while to pick this up and read it after I bought it, but I was glad when I did.

2. New Author
You have Raziel on your shelf, but you have not read any by this author yet. I think this is a good book to read.

3. Red Hot Cover
I was going to put "Raziel" in this section, but I moved it since I needed to pick one more from your own shelf, and it's easier for me to pick a red hot cover from books I don't know. That said, I picked Black Magic. Not only do I like the cover, but it sounds like an interesting book as well.

4. Red Hot Buzz
For this one, I selected Bared to You. There has been a lot of hype around this book, and it's not a bad read. Sometimes I feel it worth reading a decent book so I know what others are talking about. I just can't do that if it's a bad book though.

5. Friends to Lover
One of my favorite authors is Jennifer Crusie, and I think her book Manhunting fits into this category very nicely. It's a nice, fun read.

6. Prostitue or Food Industry
Since you already read Memoirs of a Geisha, and I don't have any other books that fit this category, I selected a book I thought sounded interesting from all of the lists, Hot in Here. I would be glad to do this as a buddy read if you want and if I can get it from the library in time. Just let me know.

7. Hunky Outdoorsman
For this one I selected How to Knit a Love Song. I read this one and enjoyed it quite a bit.

8. Bad Boy to Hero
Angels' Blood is the first in a series by Nalini Singh that I've enjoyed.

Thank you for the picks! I will try to get to EVERY ONE that you picked off my TBR. haha. Actually, they work with several challenges I have next month, so I did a fist-pump YES. XDD

As for M/M, it's a mix for me, I can't read ALL of it, I've definitely read some in the past, but it's certainly not my go-to genre. I've noted the ones you've rec'd and I will definitely *try* to get to one of them, particularly I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier as I've heard positive things about that (and I just watched Zero Dark Thirty so I'm very pro-military tonight lol). Thanks again for the picks! You did awesome!

message 212: by Kristina Simon (new)

Kristina Simon (kristinasimon) Hi Nancy,
I really enjoyed going through your shelves. We have similar tastes in books. My TBR list wasn't too happy though, it just got a lot bigger!!

Hope I found something that you'd like to read. If not, just let me know and I'll try again.

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character:
Hmm..... This one was kind of tough, I don't usually read books that have virginal characters! ;-) But I did read A Room with a View by E.M. Forster in 2012 and gave it 5 stars. It's on your TBR list. Give it a whirl.

2. Recommend a New Author:
Another 5 star read for me last year was P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern. Recommended for me in another PIFM month, it was a wonderful read.

3. Red Hot cover:
I know you don't do a lot of PNR/UF. I don't either, usually, but I absolutely loved Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost (and I think her outfit is hot ;-)). It's fast-paced, funny, and Bones is to-die-for sexy. I'm just about finished with book 2 in this series and I'm still loving it.

4. Red Hot Buzz:
You seem to like YA and I've been hearing a lot about The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Everyone who's read it seems to adore it. I haven't gotten to it, yet, but I'm trying!

5. Sweet- Friends to Lovers story
Sugar Daddy by Lisa Kleypas -- This is another one I read for a PIFM challenge and adored. Hardy is just the sweetest hero. It's on your TBR list, too, so may as well get it off of there.

6. Tart- A prostitute as a main character
Haven't run across many books with prostitutes in them either! LOL The closest I can get you is a geisha. You've got Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden on your TBR list and I really liked it.

7. A hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods:
I see you gave Outlander by Diana Gabaldon 5 stars. Jamie....*swoon*.... I don't see Dragonfly in Amber on your lists, but you have Voyager on your TBR list. It's set outside, mostly on the open sea instead of in the woods, but still... Jamie's outdoorsy..... If you haven't read Dragonfly in Amber, though, don't skip it.

If your not ready for Voyager and you really want something set in the woods, albeit woods that are on fire, you might want to give Chasing Fire by Nora Roberts a shot.

8. A bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood....
Here are two I've read recently that I really liked: Blue Bayou by JoAnn Ross and The MacKade Brothers: Rafe and Jared by Nora Roberts, both bad boys through and through.

A Room with a View by E.M. Forster P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress, #1) by Jeaniene Frost The Fault in Our Stars by John Green Sugar Daddy (Travises, #1) by Lisa Kleypas Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden Voyager (Outlander, #3) by Diana Gabaldon Chasing Fire by Nora Roberts Blue Bayou (The Callahan Brothers, #1) by JoAnn Ross The MacKade Brothers Rafe and Jared (MacKades #1 & 2) by Nora Roberts

I'll start with No Turning Back. Then, if I can get both The Edge of Never and Rock Chick from the library I would like to read both of those. I'll let you know if I can get "The Edge of Never" in time to do a buddy read this month. :-)

message 214: by ~Leslie~ (new)

~Leslie~ (akareadingmachine) | 1934 comments Hi Carrie thanks for the picks! I've read all the Lisa Kleypas ones unfortunately, and the Julia Quinn book. And you are right, great reads. I can only pick 2 this month, so I'm going for
Once Burned (Night Prince, #1) by Jeaniene Frost and Lord of Fire and Ice by Connie Mason
I love Jeniene Frost and would like to see what this new series is about. I've requested it at the library and hope it comes in! And the other is a new author to me and sounds fun! If I get a chance to read any of your other picks I will let you know! Thanks so much, again.

The Thorn Birds or How to Knit a Love Song. I've been wanting to read those forever! Oh, or maybe Manhunting. That looks awesome, too.... Thanks, again!

message 216: by Joyce (new)

Joyce (eternity21) | 739 comments HI Juliet, here are your picks for February, I hope you like them. I tried to stay mainly on your PIFM list but wandered around a bit too with a couple of new ones thrown in for good measure.

I couldn't resist when I learned it was 'Cherry' Month...
1. Virginal character- Ruined by Moonlight
2. Recommend a New Author- I noticed that you have not read J.R. Ward yet Dark Lover is a great read and was recommended to me many times.

Cherries are Red, the color of passion and desire...
3. Red Hot cover -Seduction and Snacks
4.Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz- The Passage I've heard a lot about this book. The next book in the series looks intriguing too. I've put it on my TBR list

Some cherries are sweet, some tart...
5. Sweet- Garden Spells I absolutely loved this book and it is usually not my type of book. I was recommended this book by quite a few people but didn't read it until I got it as a PIFM. Now I recommend it all the time
6. Tart- Always the Baker, Never the Bride

George Washington said "I cannot tell a lie...I chopped down the cherry tree."
7.Hunky, outdoorsman hero Catching Fire I see you enjoyed the first one so I thought you might like to read the next one before the movie for it comes out.
8. Bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood....Switched Finn certainly fits the bill for this book. I really enjoyed this story.

Always the Baker, Never the Bride (Emma Rae Creations, #1) by Sandra D. Bricker Seduction and Snacks (Chocolate Lovers, #1) by Tara Sivec Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen Ruined by Moonlight (Whispers of Scandal, #1) by Emma Wildes Switched (Trylle Trilogy, #1) by Amanda Hocking Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, #2) by Suzanne Collins The Passage (The Passage, #1) by Justin Cronin Dark Lover (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #1) by J.R. Ward

message 217: by Ty (new)

Ty | 1943 comments Hi Karen!

Hope you like your picks! No m/m here for you this month.

1. Virginal character - The Duchess War - you have the prequel short story on your TBR but the first book in the series can be read without it.

2. New author - Daughter of Smoke & Bone - favorite YA fantasy author, hands down

3. Red hot cover - Catching Fire - what's hotter than fire??

4. Red hot buzz - Slammed - Number 1 on the To Die For list, and for a very good reason. Plus, it's been optioned for a movie.

5. Friends to Lover - Playing for Keeps - love this, and the 2nd book was even better

6. Food industry - Troubles and Treats - the first one was sarcasm galore

7. Outdoorsman - The Endearment - he literally chops down a tree or two

8. Bad boy - Knight - He's SO bad, he's good.

I will definitely be reading City of Bones. I have it down for another Feb challenge and am looking forward to finally moving it off my TBR list.
I will also read Emma. I have taken my sweet time getting to this one and it will be the motivation I need to finally devour some more Austen :)

I'm excited to be able to pick for you this time. If I do half the job you did for me in December, I'll be ecstatic! I hope you like your picks...

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character
Keeping Promise Rock (Promises, #1) by Amy Lane --I'm not exactly positive that Deacon's a virgin in this but he seems "virginal" and I hear that this is REALLY good. :)

2. Recommend a New Author- the author can come from their shelves or yours, as long as the author is new to them. The Dom Who Loved Me (Masters and Mercenaries, #1) by Lexi Blake --such a great book by an author who I love!

3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover
Sweet Addiction (Sweet, #6) by Maya Banks --that cover makes mind my go all kinds of naughty places

4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz- a new release, something everyone is talking about.
Reflected in You (Crossfire, #2) by Sylvia Day --it seems as though everyone's talking about this series...with good reason

5. Sweet- Recommend a Friends to Lovers story-- --this is the latest book in the Kowalksi family series and it's got a sweet and hot friends to lovers theme
or
Fix You (Second Chances, #1) by Mari Carr --I haven't read this one yet, but I hear it's really good. I bought it while ago but haven't gotten around to it yet.

6. Tart- Choose a title with a prostitute as a main character, or a book set in the food industry
ok, I'm going to give you two new ones:
Damaged Goods by Lauren Gallagher (m/f) and The First Real Thing (Icon Men #1) by Cat Grant (m/m)
both are very good, although I thought that The First Real Thing was a little more realistic when dealing with the whole male prostitute issue.

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods
All He Ever Dreamed (Kowalski Family, #6) by Shannon Stacey --Josh runs a lodge and does a lot of snowmobiling and riding ATV's so I figure that fits

8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood....
Game for Anything (Bad Boys of Football, #1) by Bella Andre --I really enjoyed this one
or
More than Meets the Ink (Bowen, #1) by Elle Aycart --ooh James was such a hottie
or

Jim son of Jim (formerly PhotoJim) (jim_formerly_photojim) | 5294 comments Irina,

Hopefully there's something here for you. If not, I'll happily try again.

1. Virgins - So many books have virgins that it is almost a romance cliche. I don't really keep track of who is a virgin and who isn't. I remember most of the BDB books have virgins but you've read those. After reviewing popular lists of virgin books and removing those you've read, I am left with the highest rated virgin book on your TBR A Hunger Like No Other (Immortals After Dark, #2) by Kresley Cole .

2. New Author - Seduction and Snacks (Chocolate Lovers, #1) by Tara Sivec is by an author neither of us has read. I bought if for the Nook today. Buddy read perhaps?

Cherries are Red, the color of passion and desire...

3. Hot Cover - Start Me Up (Tumble Creek, #2) by Victoria Dahl - what is 'hot' is always so subjective. For me, a woman wearing nothing but a trench coat and pumps is hot. The story is a solid win for me. I loved Lori Love!

4. Red Hot Buzz - Wallbanger by Alice Clayton has been getting lots of buzz lately. A good solid romance. Surprisingly sweet for the cover.

Some cherries are sweet, some tart...

5. Friends to Lovers - Unleashed (Ross Siblings, #1) by Cherrie Lynn is the book most listed as friends-to-lovers on GR that you haven't read or isn't M/M. I know nothing about this but after reading the synopsis and a few friend reviews I think it looks pretty good.

6. Food Industry - Delicious (Buchanans, #1) by Susan Mallery - I've read a bunch of Susan Mallery's books. But this is one of my favorites.
6. Prostitutes - When Bruce Met Cyn (Visitation, North Carolina, #3) by Lori Foster - From your TBR - I really enjoyed this. A preacher and a whore? yep.

George Washington said "I cannot tell a lie...I chopped down the cherry tree."

7. Outdoorsman - Let's go to the wayback machine and pick a classic Nora Roberts - Northern Lights by Nora Roberts

8. Heart of Gold - Animal Magnetism (Animal Magnetism, #1) by Jill Shalvis - you read #2 but not #1? #1 was definitely better.

Sorry for the edit and delay in getting everything done. enjoy.

No worries at all! You had plenty of others to choose from and I'm excited about what I'm going to read. I was just worried that I had them on my TBR and didn't realize it.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments Hi Jensine!

Here are my picks for you:

1. Virginal character
At the Bride Hunt Ball (Devine & Friends, #1) by Olivia Parker - Not sure how big you are on historical but this is SO ROMANCE with a solid dash of humour, that it just fits the bill!
The Curtis Reincarnation by Zathyn Priest - the MCs in this story are so sweet you just want to hug them - especially Curtis!

2. New Author
Holiday Outing by Astrid Amara - This book is on your TBR but you haven't yet read a book by Astrid Amara. I loved this book - very funny and a great back cast of characters. It's not a long book, so it's ideal for a quick pick-me-up.

Cherries are Red, the color of passion and desire...

3. Red Hot cover
Kiss of the Highlander (Highlander, #4) by Karen Marie Moning - great romance book and it fits with our FAC :)
And I'll slip in Darkfever (Fever, #1) by Karen Marie Moning since it fits even though it isn't really romance! (My only non-romance pick)
Hot Head (Head, #1) by Damon Suede - if you can't go past one hot fireman, how could you pass up two?? This one smokes!

4. Red Hot Buzz
Dragon Bound (Elder Races, #1) by Thea Harrison - you haven't read this yet, and truly, it is a great book :)

Some cherries are sweet, some tart...

5. Sweet- Friends to Lovers
Caressed By Ice (Psy-Changeling, #3) by Nalini Singh - I know you didn't rate the first book highly however many ppl rate this one top of the list.
Caught Running by Abigail Roux - my favourite MM!

6. Tart- Prostitutes and food!
Shattered Glass (Shattered Glass, #1) by Dani Alexander - great book! I was concerned about the prostitute aspect, but Peter and his bunny-slippers pull it off.
How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf (Naked Werewolf, #1) by Molly Harper - love Molly Harper. She just can't write a bad book!

George Washington said "I cannot tell a lie...I chopped down the cherry tree."

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods
On the Prowl by Patricia Briggs followed by Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega, #1) by Patricia Briggs . Charles is definitely hunky and part of this book takes place in the woods.

8. Bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood...
The Darkest Night (Lords of the Underworld, #1) by Gena Showalter - bad hero & misunderstood!
Quinn's Hart by Cassandra Gold - loved this book; the hero is not bad at all, but definitely misunderstood.

Ok Yz - To start with I'll commit to reading Wes and Toren by J.M. Colail and After the Sunset (Timing, #2) by Mary Calmes but I'd also like to fit in Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews if possible and then Come Unto These Yellow Sands by Josh Lanyon ... So many books to choose from. I could keep going with this list but practicality tells me I may not get past the first two :)

Nancy H | 1111 comments Nairabell,
I had a great time going through your shelves. We have a lot of authors and books that we both like, plus you have a lot of really great reads awaiting you on your TBR shelf. It was hard to pick just a few for you! I picked some authors from your shelves and some from mine, so I hope you can find something here that catches your eye. If not, please let me know, because I can definitely give you more recommendations!
1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character
Chasing Jordan – Miranda Keneally ( a YA read but excellent!)
Seduction and Snacks – Tara Sivec (only virginal for a wee bit and then….!)

2. Recommend a New Author
You have some great reads awaiting you on your To-Be-Read shelves, so here are 3 of my absolute favorite authors, who combine romance with mystery, that I don’t think you have read yet: Fatal Fixer-upper by Jennie Bentley; Death by Darjeeling by Laura Childs; Sprinkle with Murder by Jenn McKinlay; (these are all the first ones in their respective series)

3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover
The Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson- on your TBR shelf – really intriguing red cover
The Rising Chef Series by Louisa Edwards, starting with Too Hot to Touch, then Some Like It Hot, and ending with Hot Under Pressure. (HOT covers for a different reason)

4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz
A Discovery of Witches (#1) followed by Shadow of Night (#2) by Deborah Harkness – I noticed you like paranormal romances and this series is a great love story between a witch and a vampire, but it is so much more.
Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James- #1 in a much talked-about series on GR

5. Sweet- Recommend a Friends to Lovers story
What’s Your Number by Karyn Bosnak
He Loves Lucy by Susan Donovan

6. Tart- Choose a title with a prostitute as a main character, or a book set in the food industry
Georgia Bottoms by Mark Childress – quite funny and full of southern humor but... a prostitute by any other name….
Authors that are good in the food industry, combining romance and mystery: Jessica Beck, Joanne Fluke, and G.A. McKevett - I know you have read some of these authors, but I recommend that you pick up whichever book is where you are in the series

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods
How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper -- an outdoorsy werewolf (is there any other kind?)
Virgin River by Robyn Carr (hero is much more outdoorsy than the heroine)
She Went All the Way by Meg Cabot - stuck in the Alaskan wilderness with a hottie

8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood....
The Donovan Brothers Brewery series, by Victoria Dahl – Good Girls Don’t; Bad Boys Do; Real Men Will – all excellent!
Wallbanger by Alice Clayton – very funny and very good

Several of these titles fit several of the categories, so I just sort of spread them out. When you read them, you will see what I mean.

Happy Reading!

MountainKat | 31575 comments Hi Nikita, here are your picks. I hope you find something you like, let me know if you would like more picks.

I couldn't resist when I learned it was 'Cherry' Month...

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character: You listed Lisa Kleypas as one of your favorite authors and you enjoyed the first two Hathaway books, so how about Tempt Me at Twilight? I loved that series, but I have a soft spot for my first Kleypas books, the Wallflowers, it begins with Secrets of a Summer Night. I don't think you could go wrong with either!

2. Recommend a New Author: Let me introduce you to the wonderful Kowalski family and their creator Shannon Stacey. It all begins with Exclusively Yours, but I think it gets better with every book! I will be reading All He Ever Dreamed in February! Another option might be The Siren by Tiffany Reisz. Something about the cover intrigues me and so does the description.

3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover: Looking through your shelves I saw Red Heat by Nina Bruhns and I thought, "how could I not pick that here?!" Then I saw Desire Unchained by Larissa Ione and thought I had to pick that one too. I loved the Demonica series and you seemed to like the first one.

4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz: I read both Bared to You by Sylvia Day and On Dublin Street by Samantha Young recently and thought they both lived up to the hype - especially On Dublin Street!

Some cherries are sweet, some tart...

5. Sweet - Recommend a Friends to Lovers story: It looks like you like Maya Banks's KGI series and the newest Shades of Gray is absolutely wonderful! It was a wild ride for both PJ and Cole as well as the reader, but it is one of my favorites in the series. Don't wait any longer - read it! Another idea is He Loves Lucy by Susan Donovan. I haven't read it, but it sounds like it could fit here and I've heard good things about it. Not sure how much M/M you read, but I wanted to suggest The Locker Room by Amy Lane here too. It was a wonderful book that follows friends then lovers through high school, college and adulthood. I loved that one too!

Tart - Choose a title with a prostitute as a main character, or a book set in the food industry: Lots of options here! First, The Duke by Gaelen Foley - this one has a great 'Pretty Woman' vibe! Or maybe Claiming the Courtesan by Anna Campbell - for the first half of the book the hero is pretty despicable, but I did love him by the end. Speaking of food, Hot in Here by Sophie Renwick is hawt! You will never think of gelato the same ever again after reading that one! Or perhaps, Can't Stand The Heat by Lousia Edwards - looks good to me!

George Washington said "I cannot tell a lie...I chopped down the cherry tree."

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods: I loved The Gamble by Kristen Ashley! On a lighter note, How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper - cute and fun, great in audio!

8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood.... You also listed Lisa Marie Rice as one of your favorite authors, but haven't read Dangerous Lover yet. Maybe now is the time?! Or maybe Cut & Run - Ty and Zane are both bad boys, well mostly Ty, and definitely misunderstood!

Happy Reading!!

I added The Seduction of His Wife to my TBR list.

Dawn (Kat N Hat) (katnhat) | 280 comments For Brittany,
There wasn't a lot on your shelves, and even less that matched mine so there is a lot of new to you stuff here. Hoepfully there is somehting you'll really like. Let me know if you want me to re-pick.

Secrets of a Summer Night (Wallflowers, #1) by Lisa Kleypas Night Pleasures (Dark-Hunter, #2) by Sherrilyn Kenyon The Darkest Night (Lords of the Underworld, #1) by Gena Showalter Wallbanger by Alice Clayton Beautiful Disaster (Beautiful, #1) by Jamie McGuire Wicked Appetite (Lizzy & Diesel, #1) by Janet Evanovich Instant Attraction (Wilder, #1) by Jill Shalvis Pleasure Unbound (Demonica, #1) by Larissa Ione

1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character
Ok, you don't seem to have any historicals on your shelf, but that is the best place to find a virginal character. Secrets of a Summer Night is a great place to start your travels into the past.

2. Recommend a New Author- Your shelves need a lil' Kenyon in them. I am currently re-reading Night Pleasures and falling in love with her writting all over again.

3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover
The Darkest Night, red cover- kinda check, hot cover check, awesome start to a great series check.

4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz- Wallbanger, has been recently released. I read it once as a fanfiction and it was awesome!

5. Sweet- Recommend a Friends to Lovers story
Beautiful Disaster, fits this catergory. It's on both out TBR shelves so I hope it is good.

6. Tart- Choose a book set in the food industry
Wicked Appetite another one on both out TBR's

7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods I just discovered Jill Shalvis so this one stands out Instant Attraction

8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood
Pleasure Unbound. Has a sex demon (badboy) who happens to be a doctor (hero).

Shell | 2 comments For Emily,
I had fun looking through your shelves! We have a lot in common. I added a few I discovered to my own immense TBR Piles. Let me know if you’d like me to revisit your shelves for alternative recommendations…
1. Recommend a Romance with a virginal character I really enjoyed this one, and need to push book 2 closer to the top of my TBR Mountain.
Tall, Dark & Lonely (Pyte/Sentinel, #1) by R.L. Mathewson
2. Recommend a New Author the author can come from their shelves or yours, as long as the author is new to them. I just finished book 2 in this series and love it! Book 1 sets up the worldbuilding with a bang.
Fated (Dark Protectors, #1) by Rebecca Zanetti
3. Choose a Romance with a Red Hot cover
Wicked Ties (Wicked Lovers, #1) by Shayla Black
4. Recommend a title that has been getting some Red Hot Buzz- a new release, something everyone is talking about. I’m an audiobook addict. I had to get this one on audio after listening to the male narrator, Macleod Andrews, narrate another book. *shiver* Deep sexy male voice + interesting plot line + great reviews should = a good read/listen.
Pushing the Limits (Pushing the Limits, #1) by Katie McGarry
5. Sweet- Recommend a Friends to Lovers story
Seducing Cinderella (Fighting for Love, #1) by Gina L. Maxwell
6. Tart- Choose a title with a prostitute as a main character, or a book set in the food industry
Can't Stand The Heat (Recipe for Love #1) by Louisa Edwards
7. Recommend a Romance with a hunky, outdoorsman hero or a book set in the wilderness/woods Love love love Lauren Dane. This was a good read, hot and sweet.
Giving Chase (Chase Brothers, #1) by Lauren Dane
8. Choose a title with a bad boy hero with a heart of gold. Maybe he is just misunderstood.... This one I highly recommend as audio. The narrator’s voice is so sexy it drives me insane.
Covet (The Fallen Angels, #1) by J.R. Ward

Vi | 2794 comments I couldn't resist when I learned it was 'Cherry' Month...

Hi Angela! You have the shortest bookshelf that I have come across for this challenge. But you have read so many books that I haven't even heard of. It was fun going through your TBR. I've tried to mix genres, authors and everything in between to give you a variety to choose from. Let me know if you would like anything re-picked.

1. Romance with Virgin Characters :P
Historical Romance doesn't seem to be your genre but I'm going to go ahead to give you this one: The Shadow and the Star. This book has a near extinct species - male characters who are virgin. But it's awesome too!
Seraphina by Rachel Hartman - A very good fantasy YA. I'm pretty sure the MCs meet the criteria :)

2. Recommend a New Author:
Matched by Ally Condie
The Rose Garden by Susanna Kearsley

3. Red Hot cover
Two books from your TBR.
Wallbanger by Alice Clayton - I liked reading this. It was a fluffy book.
Backstage Pass by Olivia Cunning

4. Red Hot Buzz
Slammed by Colleen Hoover - I might be buddy-reading this with Fran later this week. You are welcome to join us!
Easy by Tammara Webber

5. Friends to Lovers
The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith
Hot Head by Damon Suede - I'm not sure if you read M/M but I'm open to buddy-reading this.

6. Tart:
Raspberry Crush by Jill Winters - Love the title!
Fallen from Grace by Laura Leone - A male prostitute!

7. Outdoor-sy Books:
How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper - A seriously lovely contemporary YA
Ashfall by Mike Mullin - Ok, so this is my only non-romance. It's a apocalyptic book where most of the action takes place outside.

8. Bad Boy Hero
Naked in Death by J.D. Robb - Roarke is HOT! And maybe misunderstood initially.. by Eve. Not me! Really. And since I can't remember any who can top Roarke, only one choice here for you. (Yeah, I was stretching this book for this rule)

Happy Reading, Angela!
