Ezinwanyi, I grabbed Cat'sMeow in December when it was free. Check out the SOS freebie thread, Val and others are great at posting the freebies there. This one will probably be free again. You can grab the Dublin short story from this link found on goodreads... http://smexybooks.com/2012/12/an-on-d...
Ohh, sorry, yes, i read the short story, I thought it was Book 1.I do check that freebie thing too often (LOL). Thanks I will keep my eye out for that book though
When I read the first one, I didn't know it was a series. I see another book is going to be released in 2013. I'd add the link, but GR gremlins aren't cooperating.
It is good! I don't know why I waited so long to read it. I bought it a few years ago. I think I was worried because I am GR friends with the author, but I shouldn't have been worried it is good. I heard it is more PNR than UF, which I am fine with.
I'm more of a pnr gal but I do enjoy the uf as well I saw on the book page the author reviewed the book like a regular reader and that made me a ill more interested for some reason

Glad you're liking those!
I have to read Fire Baptized - I've heard mostly good things about it. And Outpost has been on the to-read for a while now.
Did you read Enclave? I forgot.I really like Fire Baptized in that the characters are not cookie cutter type PNR characters, the powers are unique and (weirdly) I like the love triangle. I also like how sex is addressed in the book -- these characters do not hold back.

Nope, I am seriously behind on the Ann Aguirre series.
After seeing the previews so many times and being assured by hubby that he will never go see the movie....I started
. I'm not really a zombie fan but this one is different enough to be entertaining.
I'll have to keep an eye out for Shimmer of Angels. That one surprised me, Val. I really liked it.
I'm finally reading Rhiannon's Untold stories. I'm a little into the first
and will probably read the second
next. I love that zombie-filled world and didn't realize how much I missed it. I see there's a third listed on GR, but can't find it anywhere and it's not listed on her website. So, guess it's a TBP.
I finished
and loved it. This book should be picked up by a mainstream publisher. I am deciding if I should read
or
I finished listening to
and really liked it. This is my 2nd favorite series of this author after Sirantha Jax. I am reading a short in this series
and I started to listen to
Just finished
Now off to read
Sounds awesome. I've loved all 10 books that I've read in the series so far :)

Almost done with
which was part of the recommends challenge- so far I am loving it! it's been on my TBR shelf ages but I think

put me off PNR for a while. Next up will be

Lis and Steph...you are motivating me in reading more freebies. :)I'm done with

is nice and sweet so far.
Valerie ~ Val Hall ~ wrote: "Lis and Steph...you are motivating me in reading more freebies. :)":D Hope you enjoy them. I've added Monica's Secret higher on my freebie TBR list.

Anybody know where I can get the Jane Yellowrock Death's Rival ebook? Amazon only has the audiobook. sniff sniff
Hi, Carma. Welcome to the group! I bought the eBook from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007... But, it may be US only. Did you try any of these? Not sure if they're available in Mozambique or not. B&N: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/death...
iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/deat...
Diesel eBook Store: http://www.diesel-ebooks.com/item/978...
Good luck! I'm located in Japan, but have a US and Japan mailing address. So whenever I see "Sorry but this book is currently unavailable in your country due to restrictions from the publisher." I'm lucky enough to be able to fall back on my US addr.
