That's not good :(

Lucky ducks! I wish I could go this weekend... :( I've heard mixed reviews - some people loved it and some people hated it. Definitely rereading the series before I see it next weekend!
I'm not sure, at this point, if I'm going to watch the Mockinjay movies when they come out. I'm one of those people that didn't really enjoy Catching Fire.
I didn't really like Wake. The beginning was creepy, but was pretty dull until near the end, when it was creepy again.
I didn't understand why they'd want Gemma either, as she had as much depth as a paddling pool.
Hi Guys! I need your support. My book is already available on Amazon. Please support me and grab a copy of Ascian and the Portal of the Tribes Realm. Book price is only 99 cents available in Kindle Edition.
I'm an author from the Philippines and this is my first book.Publishing a book is a blessing and with what's happening in the country today I feel like I don't have the right to celebrate.
I want this publish to be meaning for me and so I decided that the check I'll get from this book will be donated to Red Cross Philippines to help the survivors of Typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan. Xoxo
I just saw the trailer for the Vampire Academy movie, and I am not feeling good about this. how idiotic is the the tagline "they suck at school"? couldn't they come up with something better?Ronan, good luck with your book! i hope you sell a lot of them!
The trailer literally screams high school and not the pure genius of the book/series :( I didn't find the casting for Rose suitable, though! She doesn't seem badass to me.Ronnan, congratulations on your first book! Wish you good luck and its nice to hear that a portion will be donated to the Red Cross!

just saw the Divergent trailer too. It looked pretty good to me, but since I haven't yet read the books, should I read it now or after watching the movie? I'm really indecisive. Movie-watching-after -book-reading experiences haven't been good for me (except first 3 harry potter films).

Couldn't agree more! I have a very bad feeling that yet another book is going to be ruined bcz of it's movie adaptation! The fangs look fake too. Vampire Diaries has much better and "real" looking vamps!
I just think that they shouldn't have gone for the director who made "mean girls". it was good drama, but deep it was not. And he is putting all that drama in VA!!! :'(
Hi everyone! I just joined this book club and I have noticed that some comments have a "view spoiler" link on them and I was wondering how to make that link appear?
Jóhanna wrote: "Hi everyone! I just joined this book club and I have noticed that some comments have a "view spoiler" link on them and I was wondering how to make that link appear?"If you mean, to view it, you just click it. :)
If you mean to do one of your own, you do < spoiler > (no gaps) then write whatever you want, and then < / spoiler > (no gaps)
So it looks like this - (view spoiler)

oh, thanks! Yeah I meant how to do one of my own :)
I didn't finish the book (Catching Fire) because I got bored. I plan to watch it first before reading it. Will that be good?
the film is really similar to the book, especially the second half. I don't think you'll have a problem watching the film first. In fact seeing the film will probably motivate you to finish the book ☺
Yes! Thanks, Sarah! I look forward to seeing the movie (also because of the soundtracks by Ellie and Of Monsters and Men). :D

Yes. The title is Silhouettes and I really think they did an amazing job with the piece. As usual. :))

I agree! I loved the song too (well, and the whole movie, because it was amazing)

Not sure on the challenges, Greta and Jalyn are busy at the moment, but Abbie and I are trying to cook something up for those of you who have time to read over christmas ☺

It would be great to have another challenge before the end of the year!I'm guessing that this month will be the last one I'm able to read as much as I've been reading, as in January I'll start working.
Sarah and Abbie, I'd like to thank you for the help regarding the Kindle/Kobo dilemma. In the end, I put the choice in the hands of my grandparents, after all, they were the ones who were going to give it to me. They have bought the Kindle Paperwhite, but I'll only be able to get my hands on it two weeks from now.
It was no problem, Tatiana. :)Setting it up is easy enough, but if you need any help with anything, just ask. :)
Yay! I'm in love with my kindle ☺ It also means you'll be able to send your netgalley books directly to your kindle to read on the bus ☺
really? that's great!erm, I was wondering, how do you become a part of a book blog? I mean, what is it that you have to do? :/

You can either find someone who's looking for a co-blogger, or start your own. I just saw an invite from someone looking for a co-blogger so i'll forward the invitation to you ☺
