It's really cheap on amazon right now, and it looks really good, but every time travel book i've read before has been awful.

ooooh! bargain for 99p! That's half the price of Earth Girl (Earth Girl, #1) by Janet Edwards ha ha!

have you noticed any others cheap? apparently there are supposed to be 17 teen books for 99p each today, but everytime i clicked on the link they didn't show up. very frustrating!

Smith The Raven Boys (Raven Cycle, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater Marked (House of Night, #1) by P.C. I seen that one. It's been there for a couple of days, i bought the first two in the last sale, but didn't really like them.

I might get Dead to you too. I liked her wake series, but "The missing" wasn't that great, and since i've only just finished that one today, i don;t know weather i'd be wasting my time! I have one GR for every star who's read it, so it doesn't really help!

The Bone Dragon by Alexia Casale What's Up With Jody Barton? by Hayley Long

Haha, i agree.
I've read marked / The awakening / Raven boys.
Not interested in any of the others, apart from maybe Heist society.

Tati if the ribs were shattered before she was adopted, that could be kept a secret

It must have been pretty bad if she has a piece big enough to have carved into a dragon though, and shattered ribs never heal completely painlessly. she would still have pain from them even if it happened a long time ago.

Try to download Adobe Digital Editions.

I liked the Wake series, but I was disappointed with how it ended. I though her Cryer's Cross by Lisa McMann book was weird and creepy, but not in a good way. I read some reviews for Dead to You and they all say that the ending is a huge cliffhanger, but this is a stand alone book so the book is left open. I'm not sure if that will help you make a decision or not, but I know it would help me (I hate when books or series don't tidy up before the end!) so I thought I'd let you know in case you didn't already know. :)

If she was abused then it's possible that she kept it secret, even at great pain to herself. I haven't read the book, but that's immediately what I thought when I read the blurb.

message 2735: by Abi (new)

Abi (abi_gr) | 27659 comments Jalyn - I decided not to bother because of Cryers cross/the missing. That one was quite bad, so Dead to you seemed like it might be a waste of time.

I can't decide whether I wish my little boy was at school or not. I think I'd miss him, and I'd have to walk to school twice a day then as well! Thought my walking to school days were over.

If I eat enough carrot cake do you think it counts as one of my five a day? ☺

I used to wish all of my kids were in school, but now I'm bummed because my baby will soon start his last year of preschool and then next year all of my kids will be in school full time. As much as I miss working, I'm going to be so sad when they're all in school all day! At least I have one year left.
