Option 4: Main character The Curse of the Pharaohs by Elizabeth Peters. Two of my college degrees are in archaeology, and I worked in Egypt for a couple of seasons. I definitely would like the role of un-fearing Amelia Peabody, archaeologist and wife of an archaeologist in the early 20th century in Egypt. It was a great time!
