The Poisonwood Bible
The entire Outlander series (all 5 stars except for The Fiery Cross, which got 4 stars)
The Book Thief
The Bronze Horseman
White Oleander
In the Company of the Courtesan

I'm also about 3/4 through Jane Eyre and will probably give it 5 stars as well.
