This happened to Cornelius a couple of weeks back. Bummer!
(it takes time to populate, Jonathan, usually one element at a time - could be hours yet before it's all up and ready)

It was like that for ages. I emailed Amazon about it and they said it was a fault in the web pages and were getting the engineers involved. In the event, I think Cornelius unpublished it then republished it. Mind you, it didn't take as long as this!
Well, at least it's progress for the books. First time I've seen the cover for ASS - very nice!

It's coming - it's there but no pricing.

Thank you. It's only £9.99. Is that ok? Lol. It's 77 of your pennies. I am glad you're interested - that's a good sign. Please note it isn't justified on the sample but it should be whatever you read it on.
