برباد گلستاں کرنے کو بس ایک ہی الّو کافی تھا
ہر شاخ پہ الّو بیٹھا ہے، انجام گلستاں کیا ہوگا
جب سکول میں تھے تو ہر تقریری مقابلے میں ایک دو بار یہ شعر سننے کو ملتا تھا۔ اور میں ایک گہری سانس لے کر رہ جاتی تھی۔ کیا کہہ رہے ہیں، کیوں کہہ رہے ہیں، کچھ سمجھ نہیں آتا تھا۔ خاص طور پر یہ شعر۔ اب سمجھا ہے، مگر اس طرح نہیں جیسا شاعر نے سوچا تھا۔
میرے حالیہ پروجیکٹ کی حالت بھی کچھ ایسی ہی ہے۔
