The book trailer for Appalachian Justice gave me goosebumps. Placing this on my must read list. What was the inspiration behind the story?

Thanks, Cheri! My mother's family is from West Virginia - my grandfather worked in the mines, so that was a part of the inspiration. I've always wanted to dig deeper into that part of my family history. I've also spent about fifteen years working in various aspects of the mental health system as a psychotherapist, program director, behavior specialist, etc., and in many ways Appalachian Justice was a tribute to the many survivors I've met and had the privilege of working with over the years.

Thank you so much for the story of "Appalachian Justice"! The ending was especially moving. I enjoyed the way you fit all of the pieces of the puzzle together to make a beautiful picture of life in West Virginia coal-mine town.I just finished it and am looking forward the reading the other books in this series. Do you plan on continuing to writing other moving stories?
