Nicki asked Melinda Clayton:

Thank you so much for the story of "Appalachian Justice"! The ending was especially moving. I enjoyed the way you fit all of the pieces of the puzzle together to make a beautiful picture of life in West Virginia coal-mine town.I just finished it and am looking forward the reading the other books in this series. Do you plan on continuing to writing other moving stories?

Melinda Clayton Thank you so much, Nicki - I'm glad you enjoyed it! I definitely plan to keep writing. I'm about 3/4 through with my next book (not part of the Cedar Hollow Series). I had hoped to have it finished by spring, but didn't quite make it. I'm a very slow writer! Now I'm hoping to have it finished by the end of summer. It's set in Florida and is the story of twin boys, one of whom was kidnapped by his father at the age of five, who then turns up twenty-five years later in a very unexpected way.

Thanks again for taking the time to let me know you enjoyed Appalachian Justice. :-)

Best wishes,
Melinda
