No. Hooked is about habit-forming products. Indistractable is about how to reframe and improve your focus, attention, and relationships.

I haven't read "Hooked" myself, so I should probably not answer, but...
From my understanding, "Hooked" is very focused on the psychology of habits that make great knowledge for business decisions. "Indistractible" is a lot more about time management and how to build up your own life. In the same style definitely, but more from a personal management perspective - it contains sections on how to manage your time with friends and family, for instance.

This is the opposite of Hooked. In the opening of the book Nir Eyal states he wanted app developers to make apps to help people manage themselves. Now that apps have become too addictive, he wrote Indistractable so people could take back their attention from technology. It's all about personal discipline using behavioral psychology in plain language.
