From my understanding, "Hooked" is very focused on the psychology of habits that make great knowledge for business decisions. "Indistractible" is a lot more about time management and how to build up your own life. In the same style definitely, but more from a personal management perspective - it contains sections on how to manage your time with friends and family, for instance.(less)
