asked:
I really liked the book but I'm curious why one of the lines in the plot summary was about her husband not loving her anymore. I didn't think that while reading, did i miss something?

I don't think you missed anything I too can't quite understand it. Unless that's one of her many lies.
While I liked the story, I feel manipulated by the author. I love a good a twist, but a bad one is very bad. The bracelet at the end, isn't a twist, it's just a piece that doesn't fit the puzzle. It ruined the book for me because I'm certain the author has no idea what it means either. Where oh where was her editor? Probably signing a movie deal because this is just the kind of crap you see on the big screen.

But why did Paul lean over the bed and say “bitch” in the beginning?
Kimberly
I think because she "woke up" not remembering a lot of what had happened leading up to the accident, she perhaps was falling back on the belief that he was having an affair. He'd only recently, as in the last few days, clarified that was never the case and that he truly loved her. Her confusion on how she wound up in coma kind of muddled the truth of a lot of things and she had to relearn those events, if that makes sense.
Sarah
In the beginning it was because of the air of suspicion and unknown anxiety she had when she first woke around him. Plus, the guilty tone to his voice and, as the story continued, seeming unhappy and possibly having an affair. It was one of the lies but it was probably the one undone the quickest. I'm not sure if everyone's forgetting that she was sure he was having an affair or not but it was distressing for her early on - feeling insecure about her looks with how long it had been since they'd last slept together and egging her on to meet up with Edward.

I thought it was because there was a time in the book where she was convinced he was betraying her with someone else (possibly even her sister). But you are right, it does not make sense that she is still convinced when she is in a coma because he has already told her the truth ... unless she forgot that. Well, that's what you get when there is an unreliable narrator...
