Some of your books deal with secret organizations or governmental services. Have you ever dreamed of becoming a James Bond of a kind? Not only to write, but to participate in such adventures?

Douglas Preston I have many ambitions and unfulfilled dreams, but to be honest that is not one of them. I'm not a very good prevaricator and I think I'd be bad at that business in general... But it is fun to write about it.
