Theresa Mine is actually a tie between Hunting Ground and Glass Houses. So hard to pick just one! :)

message 2: by Carol (new)

Carol I did not participate, but my favorite was Halfway to the Grave by Jeannine Frost with Hunting Ground coming in second. I agree that it's hard to pick just one.

message 3: by Christy (new)

Christy Sunshine is actually the only group read I did this year! I'm such a slacker. I have some of the others on my to read pile though!

message 4: by C.J. (new)

C.J. Ellisson I just joined last week - so I looked over the list and voted on the 5 I've read.

I really liked Halfway to the Grave the best.

message 5: by Chichipio (new)

Chichipio Halfway to the Grave closely followed by Hunting Ground. Though either one of Caine's books would also be a good choice.

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

Wow, Cat & Bones are in the lead. Cool beans. All of the books are excellant though. Hard choice!

message 7: by Cathy (new)

Cathy Moonheart and American Gods are old favorites, and I'm a big Briggs fan, but I voted for A Rush Of Wings because it was my favorite that I'd not have found otherwise. Adrian Phoenix is one of the best authors I discovered in 2009.

message 8: by Jakub (new)

Jakub Very hard choice, many great books. I have finally voted for Sunshine, but I could have also choose equally War for the Oaks (first urban fantasy I have read) or On the Edge.

I have not read Moonheart nor American Gods, though.
