En 2016 publiqué “11,4 sueños luz”, la primera entrega de una trilogía que completan “Lágrimas negras de Brin” e “Hijos de Brin”. Tres novelas que exploran lo que nos hace humanos en un mundo donde la memoria puede editarse, el deseo se cuantifica y la identidad es solo otro archivo que alguien más controla.

Mis géneros fetiche son la novela contemporánea francesa, el ciberpunk de Gibson, el thriller nórdico y las buenas novelas de toda la vida. Algunos de mis autores favoritos son Irving, Bukowski, Houellebecq, Updike, Umbral, Bolaño y Welsh.

I write about the future because I was always a kid with an overactive imagination—and because I love creating worlds and stories. Science fiction is my microscope: I use it to dissect how power, technology, and human emotion intertwine without asking for permission.

In 2016, I published “11.4 Dreams of Light”, the first part of a trilogy completed by “Black Tears of Brin” and “Children of Brin”. Three novels that explore what it means to be human in a world where memory can be edited, desire is quantified, and identity is just another file someone else can access.

In between came “A Happy Kingdom”, a standalone novel that imagines a new kind of society: a corporate state ruled by algorithms, where giving up your freedom becomes tempting if comfort is promised in return. How far are we willing to go?

I also write short stories and the occasional poem—you can read some of them right here on my site.

My literary obsessions include contemporary French fiction, Gibson’s cyberpunk, Nordic thrillers, and good old classic novels. Some of my favorite authors are Irving, Bukowski, Houellebecq, Updike, Umbral, Bolaño, and Welsh. ...more
