2014 is going to be epic for epic fantasy! Ive got it as a three way tie for first with: words of radiance, winds of winter, and door of stone. And then throw in "the skull throne" which would be first any other year for me. I dont know who is going to get the david gemmel award this year but if you are a fantasy fan you can't lose. A very very solid top 10 this year. And to boot the audiobook narrators for both the wise mans fear and way of kings are amazing and should be doing the next books in the series. They are simply fabulous and just as good as reading the books. The asoiaf audiobooks are good but not on the same level.
