Dung Ho, the illustrator of Eyes That Kiss in the Corners, currently lives and works in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, making her ineligible for the Caldecott award. Please remove this book from the list.

I wondered why I didn't see "The Midnight Fair" on many Caldecott potential lists. That makes sense. Sad because it is one of the most beautifully illustrated books I've seen in a long time.
