Wow. I love this comic so much. I read everything there is on the artist's tumblr page in a single day and I want more.

This is a romance and there is so much representation everywhere. The main couple is absolutely adorable and they support each other through everything. You really get a glimpse into the good, the bad, and the ugly. Amidst all the fluffy romantics, there were also some very thought-provoking and important (e.g. consent) scenes. This lived totally up to the hype I've always heard surrounding this book. I am not a huge graphic novel reader but I'm going to try harder to read those GN's I hear such rave reviews about. Like with this GN I know I'm going to be pleasantly surprised.

I loved Charlie right away. Who doesn't love and root for the bullied nerdy guy/girl who has the guts to come out to everyone and stand up for who they truly are. I love Charlie for this.

Y'all, I just really did not expect to be head-over-heels for this story.

This isn't a review so much as just a gush at its tenderness, cuteness, wholesomeness, and gosh dang it I need more stories like this.

Also that last page was R-U-D-E simply in that it was painfully effective in making me need more right away. My library has the audacity to have a waitlist, harumph! <3 ...more

Such a precious story that made me feel like I was filled with sunshine. I found myself smiling the whole time. The artwork and drawing style are well suited, and the layouts are very interesting. I wish we had gotten a bit more depth into Charlie’s character and that the story was a bit longer (perhaps combining volume 1 & 2) but otherwise this is a quick, sweet, and comforting read.
