Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas can be a great book to start romance books.
If you want to read books that aren't focused in the first place on romance but still has a really great and important romance in it, read The Sunbearer Trials by Aiden Thomas.

Better Than the Movies by Lynn Painter is absolutely wonderful, Betting on You by Lynn Painter is also quite brilliant. Picking Daisies on Sundays by Liana Cincotti and The Do-Over by Lynn Painter are so good, too. Powerless by Lauren Roberts is a great Fantasy book with a romance subplot. 😁
