Silence is continuing to fall and the Es hold the key to the Psy race salvation.

Aden enlists the Arrows to keep them safe and to help them find out how they work. After a century of near extermination, its a wonder any of them survive at all.

Vasic is teamed up with Ivy Jane and together they rewrite the Psy race charter.

And I loved little Rabbit. What a cute fluffy dog I kept picturing in my head as I read the story.

Vasic held such mystery throughout the series up till now that, sadly, my vision for his story differed from Nalini's. I thought it would be a bit, I don't know, darker maybe. Nevertheless, I am a die-hard fan of Nalini's writing and this series. I'm anxious to see how the remaining books in the series will play out. I'm hoping for another feline couple before the end.

(Rating: 3.5-4 stars)

Nalini Singh and her Psy Changeling series is an auto buy for me. The disappointment for me with this book is that I've now read it and will need to wait patiently for the next one. I wasn't sure when I started reading this book if I would enjoy Ivy and Vasic but relatively quickly they sucked me in and I believed in their connection. Vasic has always been intriguing and it was great to learn more of his past and the surprising connection he had to a key character from an earlier book. And it's ...more

What can I say I absolutely love Nalini Singh! This is book 16 (including novella's) in the Psy-Changeling series and it just keeps getting better and better.
This is the story of Vasic and Ivy. Vasic is an Arrow, one of the elite psy race special forces team that have one goal which is to protect the psy race at any cost. The Arrow's have been mistreated in the past and are now trying to find some kind of redemption. They are charged with protecting the E designation psy who can possibly save th

Vasic has been such an interesting character in the past handful of books, so it was great to get to know more about the mysterious Arrow. His unique Psy ability put a bulls eye on him from the cradle, and it seems life didn’t get a whole lot better from there. Ivy Jane is a great addition to the empath camp. Her quirkiness is a delight coming from a Psy and I love how deadpan Vasic’s responses to her are...seriously, I cracked up, out load a few times! The only reason I couldn’t give that last ...more

Vasic is an arrow, cold as ice and deadly. Ivy is an empath, just coming to terms and learning how to use and control them.

Put this empath with this arrow and sparks fly. The way the fell for each other was so effortless. You would think that it would have been harder, but Vasic actually didn't stand a chance in the face of Ivy.

The worldbuilding is as amazing as ever, and if you thought things would automatically be better once silence fell, you were DEAD wrong.

As always, you get to still "see"
