Heidi Ho, Team Caps! Thanks for volunteering to guide your team through a round of BookShelf Bingo! Your job, should you choose to accept it, will require a few things:
1 ~ Be our go-to person should we have any questions about your team
2 ~ Organize your teammate's weekly reads for each shelf/category so that the BSB Ninjas can quickly and easily verify and approve your stamp request(s)
3 ~ Encourage and motivate your team (you may also ask to borrow Judithe's whip whenever necessary)
4 ~ Post regularly to ensure your team is communicating and on track each week (Send PM and friendly poke if they haven't posted at least once a week, noted their book choice, and/or appear to have dropped out of webspace)
5 ~ Send us a PM (Steph, Sandra or Judithe) should you need us for any reason throughout the game
Popping in to say hi to my friend, AH. HEY GURL, HEY! GOOD LUCK! (When she comes in and sees my post she's gonna be like "LL is so sweet and full of awesome it's practically dripping from her like sweat." And she would be right.) ^_^
Good Morning! At least where I'm from... Where's everyone located? I'm in the US, EST. As far as Captain, I was Capt last go around and would like to pass this time... Been aboard the bingo train for several rounds, so ready to have fun and put a dent into my TBR pile...Never good with the team names, but very appreciative of anyone's creative input. With three, all I can think is " ménage" something...
Hey Lis. I'm in the US too. South Carolina. This is only my second time playing so I call NOT IT for captain. To be honest I need to reread the rules lol
Good morning! I think this is my seventh time playing...but I could have that wrong. I was my team captain last time, and between that and other things I've got going on, would like to say, not it! I'm on the west coast U.S. near Seattle, so it's bright and early right now for me.
Hey everyone,I knew I should have checked in earlier ... Looks like I'm it for Captain, lol!
I live in a small town in the North of Israel so it will probably be early evening my time when the shelf is called.
Possible team names:
The Ultimate 3-Some
The Power of Three
Three Lucky Charms or The Lucky Charms
Shalom Lauren! Menage a trois (a nice double entendre with trois=3)
Trilogies is good too.
Lucky Charms is cute.

That is Awesome!! Hee hee...
Yeah I thought about that and was like I forgot about time zones! For free space I'll be reading A Blood Seduction
OK - After much searching through all the lists and a determination to read some of the dead tree books I have lying around, and continue on some of my outstanding series - I'm reading
for the FREE SPACE read - it's on the UF lists. For my DEMONS shelf read, I'll read -
.
Off to hunt demon reads... I've got my free space books narrowed and hope to make my final choice shortly...
Hey ya'll I was at a wedding yesterday evening when the shelf was called! I'll be raeding
for free space I'll be reading
for the Demons Shelf
What great book choices. Lis, I loved the Sabina Kane series. Danielle - A Blood Seduction is a really cool and bloody take on vampires. Lauren - Terminated is part of one of my favorite series. Have you read the others? Did you know that she has a sort of companion series where you learn why Manny is so paranoid?
Yes, I've read the entire series. I love her original take on Zombies.Didn't know there was a companion series. I will look it up.

It's not really marketed as a companion series - it's older - and called Devil's Bargain and Devil's Due.
I was out for a night away all last night with my husband so I wasn't around to post sooner, but I am reading
for the demons shelf. I will post my Free Space book later.

AH wrote: "What great book choices. Lis, I loved the Sabina Kane series...."I've been procrastinating on this one since it's the last book in the series and a little chunky.
I see a lot of good choices this week for everyone. I either have them on my TBR or wish list. Looking forward to the reviews to see if I need to bump em up...
Danielle, I hope you enjoy the Charley series, #6 comes out this week...
5/19/14 - Finished my DEMONS shelf read - Gale Force by Rachel Caine - 4 starsWow. This series just gets better and better as I read on. In this installment of the Weather Wardens series, Joanne and David decide to get married despite the issues of their interracial/interspecies marriage. I love this series - it is very unique and uses both djinn and weather wardens (people who control/dissipate the energy of storm systems). Looking forward to reading the next book.
Week #1: Demons
Wulfe Untamed by Pamela Palmer
finished: 5/19/14
★★★★
This was the 8th and final installment to this series and it met most of my expectations. The story focused on Wulfe and Natalie. Wulfe was one of the last Feral Warriors without a mate. He had lost his mate shortly before the first book began when the warriors' last Radiant was killed. I felt that the story-line did a fairly good job of wrapping things up. The major plot is wrapped up good, but I wished some of the supporting characters got more resolution than they did. Are there more stories in a spin-off? I haven't seen anything but I am hoping I am wrong. Grizz is off in a search that we don't know the end to, Natalie's brother an Pink seem to need a story. None of these are major things though to affect my overall feeling on the series, just little things I would like to see.

Review:
Overall, a satisfying conclusion to the series, but does not really live up to the promise of the first two books.
To begin with, the entire first half with Bryn & Co. on the run is a series of disjointed capture/escape scenes strung together for no apparent reason. There are also one or two plot discrepancies (view spoiler), and the mystery of Bryn and Annie’s sister Sharon comes out of nowhere. There is also no follow up to the Mercer and Fast Freddy storyline.
Thankfully, the plot development improves at the halfway mark with the search for a “cure”, and the resolution to the Returne epidemic is realistic although somewhat Deus Ex Machina (view spoiler). Finally, Jane’s comeuppance is exceedingly gratifying as is the ending to Bryn and Pat’s romance.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
